It was apartment being rented by other people and has no connection with leisure hotel and also with dining area, no welcome hospitality. Location is awesome and swimming pool is good. Great vobes of place and can walk down to beautiful Ganges shore.

Room was of old types and need renovation and also ongoing work with noice can disturb. Going out to nearby places are exhausting as too much traffic congestion in tapovan area.

It was close to ganges and every basic things were available on walking distance.

Apartment is comfortable.

The best part is the garden restaurant overlooking the ganges. But if one is staying in the apartment one is not allowed to use it. That is bad. It should be on a first come first serve basis.

Location was amazing! Hosts were really courteous and helpful. Host was very proactive.

Property is providing an apartment facility which is good but it is not been taken care well by Vinod Ji and 1-2 boys… it’s filthy service and makes you feel orphaned to an extent that cleaning is not taken care atall 2. You can enjoy the property as it is well made. But apartment managers are spoiling the stay experience since they are rude and lack grooming to handle guests with good service. 3. You can enjoy every moment within and outside the room provided hospitality staff start caring abt this part of the property too. It seems to be in wrong hands. 4. Nice location and all facilities can be accessed by residents which makes the experience enjoyable for kids and elderlies both 5. Beautiful swimming pool and walking paths.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Some Bad things that were a big let down during our stay in an apartment : 1. No cleaning done in these days, no linen change or making beds service was given, bathrooms were unattended and left stinking all this while. No wipers even so we could mob and clean ourselves :( 2. If we are willing to pay for ala cart service to the room or in the restaurant , we were told by Vinod ji (manager) to not go there as if there was some discrimination against apartment residents . All residents should be treated equal as far as they are paying from their pockets and maintains decorum. 3. We’re told while booking that Zomato/Swiggy would let you get deliveries from many restaurants around . Not even one from Zomato provides the delivery service 4. One menu card for a shady restaurant (Perfect food) was provided. Ordered twice and both times had stale and terrible food. Finally ended up with food poisoning 5. Hospitality staff of this apartment is unprofessional and least bothered abt the guest in apartments. Treats you with disrespect and leaves you unattended completely . The boy who came to deliver some stuff was stinking as if he has come out straight from a garbage bin :( 6. Cups and crockery is unchecked while handing over the room. Cups and glasses had cracks
