instructions to get key were confusing only one air-conditioner that struggled to cool entire area unable to locate “bin room” to take out rubbish - no room in garage is labelled this as per instructions over the top with instructions/messages and felt like constant threats of further charges- no contact at all with a human we always take extreme care anywhere we stay but do not appreciate the way this is communicated

Very hard beds, itchy sheets, very expensive for very little. No kitchen essentials left in the property, and very delayed response by staff regarding our questions. Apart from location, a disappointing stay.

Big bedrooms

Absolutely no wifi although advertised (wifi box works locked in a cupboard BUT obviously they have not subscribed for cable service meaning they have not signed up to a internet service provider. We had to spend a lot of money on roaming data. We are very disappointed as they advertised they provide wifi. Absolutely no views of anything. Beside a railway line. No dish liquid, rubbish bin liners or washing powder. I would not go back again due to lack of wifi.

Situated very close to the beach, cliffs and harbour. Great location.

The access code was not forwarded to us as indicated and we had to chase around to get the access code and entry to the apartment. - Advertised as having WiFi, but this was not accessible.

Great location, close to cafes, shops etc.

Really good apartment layout for 2 couples and great position to beach and restaurants.

Getting access to accommodation was a bit glitchy (didn't receive some critical instructions/codes - but got sorted) and having only 1 set of keys was a hassle at times.
