We always stay with this owner - she has several properties and we have had nothing but positive experiences at many of them. Rental rate is very reasonable - house is well taken care of and has everything you would need. Communication is great. Definitely recommend staying at one of her properties if you will be in town.

Nothing overly fancy just a perfect little space to be while we were away from home.

I appreciate the host, the last min accommodations. We had another vrbo and it was canceled the night before. We drove in from CO, It was easy to check in. The host was quick to communicate. Clear instructions.I do feel like the price, the security deposit and such are a bit expensive compared to what you are getting. I understand this home is older however the shower curtain was not clean, the curtain in the shower as well. The shower head needs to be replaced. Again I understand the home is older but the smell was pretty bad. The windows are old and just full of dead bugs, webs and dirt. The home needs some work and a deep clean. We had the necessities we needed however.
