Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable and everything worked great.

We needed to book a house for a Bachelor Party last second, and Chris was very helpful and accomodating. Some folks arrived early, and Chris helped us with an early check in process. Excellent stay.

My friends and I had a great time. The property is a perfect place for a group, with beds for everyone and is close to everywhere you need to go.

Chris’ house is amazing for groups visiting Austin. The house has character with nice updates and plenty of space! We loved the backyard and pool. Thanks to Chris for being flexible with our booking, changing some plans he had. Highly recommend!

We had about 13 people staying here for a bachelor party. The backyard was really nice, although the pool was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. The house was clean and had enough beds for everybody. Its a short uber ride to the main streets which is convenient. Overall we had a great time.

The location is in a perfect spot. Quiet neighborhood not too far from Campus and places to go. So many good spots nearby to eat, drink, and spend your time. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this property with 11 other people for a bachelor party and it was perfect. It comfortably slept our whole crew, and the house was clean and exactly as described. The location was convenient and easy, and the backyard was awesome for a bit group. Especially the pool and golf hole! Would highly recommend.

Had an amazing time in Austin. Checkin was easy, the place had plenty of towels and even a snack basket for our arrival! There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. Also easy to get downtown and around to the various areas. Thank you again!

My friends and I enjoyed our time. We went for a bachelor party. House is perfect for larger parties. Everyone slept in beds. Backyard and pool are a nice addition. Especially the pool on hot days. Snack bowl was also a nice addition. Would recommend

While I stay at this home was too brief, it was absolutely perfect. Cute older house that was extremely well-maintained. The backyard is completely a highlight: great pool, putting hole, ping-pong table, beautiful landscaping. Such a private relaxing oasis to have fun in! The home was easy to find and has easy access to nearby restaurants and fun things to do. Beds were very comfortable, and while we did not cook much there, it was a well stocked kitchen. In the high heat right now, the air conditioner was working great! Will absolutely stay again if we come to Austin in the future.

Stayed here with a group of 16 guys and we all agreed it was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. The backyard setup is incredible, comfortably slept all 16 of us, easy to get to main attractions via uber or scooter, and close walk to good food options. Also, Chris was very responsive and professional throughout the whole weekend. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Chris was accommodating due to our flight changes by letting us in early and out late. The property was perfect for what we needed and having the pool was great. Would stay again.

This was a great house for a big group of friends and family heading down to Austin for the weekend. Great outdoor space, and very nice and spacious interior.

This stay was a great time. We had a group of about 11 guys and all left with a smile on our face after our stay here. When we arrived, the check in process was very smooth. We had 1 question when we arrived and Chris was immediately available for a quick call to chat through everything. The place was very clean and spacious. There were several beds that slept us all very comfortably. Very clean and up-kept amenities that made the stay very easy. While in Austin for 4 days, we spent the vast majority of our time in the backyard taking in and enjoying the beautiful pool, patio, ping pong table, etc. The location was great to easily get a ride share or scooter to the main bars/restaurants in Austin. Overall, a very professional and 5-star stay and would highly recommend anyone to stay!

Came here for a low key bachelor party with ~10 friends. Had a fantastic time — great location, backyard, check-in, etc. Everything was super smooth and the house itself was great for a group. The backyard was especially useful and great to be walking distance from great food and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend!!
