The condo was super clean and spacious. We are a family of 6 with our kids ages from 9 and younger. We did not feel crammed one bit. The kids loved the water park and mini golf. We had a nice inter coastal view and the beach is in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and grocery stores and CVS also close by. We will definitely be back!

I give this hotel/waterpark a five star review. This was absolutely perfect for my six year old daughter. The room was absolutely perfect and there was even a binder laying on the table that took all of the thinking out of the vacation. Everything you could want to do. It was spelled out from A for Z in the folder. Anything from fishing to family trips to dinners it perfect. The room was very clean and organized. The only thing I would have done different was to cook our own meals as there is not much food on the healthy side to eat in the area it is all bar food!

The location was just what we wanted for the family vacation. Included water park passes were great, we were at the pool everyday! The beach was a short walk to the access point. It was nice to have all the extras in the outside closet. Thanks!

This place was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Minutes from the beach and activities for the kiddos. I would suggest doing 2 nights here because the slides close at 6 and check in is at 4 so not a lot of time to play. It was very clean inside the room and I LOVED the view of the water on the balcony. Can’t wait to stay here again!

1st off let me start by saying how AMAZING Debi is! She was so responsive. from having to change our reservation due to our flights being canceled, to letting us check in/out an hour earlier/later, to answering all my questions about what they had to accommodate a baby ( pack and play and highchair) she was amazing to work with. So thank you Debi for making the trip so easy on us. We traveled as a family of 6. 3 adults and 3 kids (12,7,1) this condo was absolutely perfect! We never felt like we were on top of each other. The condo was SO clean, The beds were SO comfortable, the water pressure in the showers where amazing. The view from the balcony....you will not be disappointed. almost every day we saw dolphins and manatees. The condo has so many beach toys, chairs, umbrella and a cart to hall all of the stuff. there is tons of beach towels. the water park is awesome for the kids....and the parents. there is a snack bar with anything you need and a bar for all the parents needs lol. Everything is walkable and the neighborhood is very safe! so many restaurants to pick from...only 3 min walk in any direction, our absolute favorite place to eat was Villa Gallace. you have to go there! if you do not feel like going out you can cook in the unit. it has everything you need! Indian Rocks Beach is the prettiest beach we have ever been to! the sand is so soft and pure white, the water is calm. we spent alot of time there, 10/10 would stay here 100 times over. if you are on the fence about booking.....just do it! i promise you will not be disappointed at all! Again, Debi....Thank you for everything! we had an amazing family vacation. we will be back!

The property was perfect. You have plenty of space for a family of 4 to 6 people. Unit has been updated nicely, very clean. Balcony oversees the Inter-coastal. Lots of towels, filtered water. Waterpark is steps away and great for kids and teens. Right next to HolidayInn that has a bar, restaurant and marina with jet ski rentals, etc. Plus, the beach is a short walk away. They have a mobile cart to use to walk all your stuff out to the beach. Great restaurants close by or you can cook in the unit. Parking was not as difficult as people made it out to be. I just recommend walking to your destination (restaurant, beach) instead of driving. We had to call the manager one time for a small entry issue and she responded very quickly. I highly recommend this property!!!

This condo suited our family of four very well. Great view off the back balcony where we spent a lot of time watching the birds. Everything appeared to be clean which is always a concern when booking a place. Weather was not great during our stay so spent more time in the condo than planned and took advantage of the full kitchen and cookware provided. Only negative I can think of was the showerhead in master bathroom has a bit of a leak at the connection to supply line.

Rough neighborhood, close to beach though. Definitely has some very strict rules on the property and was very hard to keep sand off of the floor. The original add states handicap accessible, to which it is not but EASILY could be. I went to the ghetto CVS and bought a shower chair and offered to leave it and I was met with if you leave it I will have my staff just throw it away. I feel like the place could be accessible so easily with one bathroom bar and a shower chair and I can't imagine someone Not wanting to be accesible for those who need it.

Great little condo in a perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach. Walkable to everything- shops, restaurants, beach. On-site water park was a hit with the kiddos! The condo itself was very clean- and we are picky about cleanliness!- which we greatly appreciated. It also had everything stocked that we needed- towels, beach gear, beach cart, even beach toys for the little ones. Debi was a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to all our questions. Thank you for being such a wonderful host! Hope to return again!

Spacious and well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area, comfortable beds and plenty of bath and pool towels, generous supply of “starter kit” items, including hand soap, dish soap, sponge, TP, trash bags, and paper towels. We loved the balcony at all hours of the day, a beautiful, peaceful view of the intercoastal waters. Everything was in great condition, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, especially during the pandemic. Excellent location, a very quick walk to a beautiful beach, as well as restaurants and shops. The adjacent water park is a great option for families too! Be sure to visit the upper level sun deck... plenty of lounge chairs, gorgeous views up and down the coast, and a beautiful spot to watch the sunset! Check in and check out instructions were very detailed and clear. Parking in the garage is tricky when complex is full, but plenty of alternative options are provided with condo instructions. First time using VRBO at this property it was great. Only complaint is that it wasn't clear the location of the lock box with the key. Figured it out after a couple minutes of panic. Otherwise everything was great. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. The property had a nice storage closet with beach chairs and toys. Kids loved it as well as the water park. It was nice that 4 passes were included so beach in the morning pool in the afternoon. A lot of fun overall.

We were soooo pleased with this condo, we can't wait to come back! Having never been to Indian Rocks Beach I believe we really lucked out with this gem. Absoultely perfect if you have kids. The condo was outfitted with eveything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and the river view was spot on! The waterpark is a great bonus, condo was walking distance to everything, shopping, dining and the beach is only two blocks away!!! Again we can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Debi was great. Very responsive and helpful. We locked ourselves out of the room and we were back inside our room in a very reasonable amount of time. I only have one suggestion I have. I feel that water parks passes should accommodate for all the guest that are renting. With the price that is paid for the rental that should be covered. Really the parents are just supervising or pool side.They are not using the slides. The room and the view were all very great.

This unit was great! Lots of space, comfortable and nicely decorated! Everything was clean and in good working order. Debi was great to work with! The water park was lots of fun. Beach was a very short stroll away. Charming little town. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this place the day of check in. That’s against policy, but Debi accommodated us. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean! The beds are very comfortable. Debi thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, handy wagon, chairs and beach umbrellas. The kids LOVED the waterpark right on the premises. The beach is right across the street and lots of good food within walking distance!!! We will be back!

The place is beautiful! Decorated beachy, and fresh. They provide beach towels and sand supplies. We love it here will be back for sure. So nice to be a bit further from the hustle of Clearwater, but close enough to visit.

We spent three nights in the condo. It was clean and well stocked. The kids had a lot of fun in the water park, however, I’m glad we had the four free passes for the kids and then 50% discount for myself and my sister. I would not have wanted to pay full price for the waterpark as that would not have been worth it. The walk to the beach was close and although being right on the water would’ve been better, it was definitely not a problem. The outside closet was nicely stocked with beach supplies. Overall a great experience.

Pros: This unit is one of the more private and quiet ones because it is overlooking the intercoastal instead of the pool. Great balcony view. I liked how the whole complex is like a little community since it is next door to the Holiday Inn. We have access to their Jimmy Guana's restaurant with live music, mini golf, shops and other services. The beach, restaurants, CVS are within walking distance. We enjoyed having the water park as part of the package. There are two main slides and a lazy river. Cons: Parking is a little stressful as there is not quite enough spaces in the garage, so plan to park when people are leaving in the morning or before it is too late in the afternoon. The air conditioner seemed to be a little weak. Summary: It was a fun, relaxing trip. We would come back here again.
