The Sand Dollar was a great home for my small family with 2 pugs. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and the location to the beach. There was plenty of room in this 1 story open concept home! We'll be booking this house again!

The staff are always friendly and helpful and the check in process is quick and painless. Sand dollar was a beautiful home with a great location. The pool was maintained beautifully. We had storms rolling through a couple days we were there and the management sent someone to check the pool after the storms to make sure it was clean and ready to enjoy. The home has everything you would need and was very clean and comfortable. We have rented multiple houses through this company and always have had great experiences. We will be back in October! Thank you North Beach Realty for another fabulous vacation stay!We'll never rent from a different company.

It was really spacious and we enjoyed being able to hangout around the pool and take short walks to the beach. The restaurants were close by as well.

I would put rugs at the doors so not as much sand was tracked in but other than that we loved the place. I would recommend.

The problems were addressed, but one of us had to stay there and wait for maintenance each time there was a problem. From the first night the toilets wouldn't flush correctly, a TV wasn't working, and the back of the house flooded. It was a very heavy rain. Luckily we were home and were able to pickup all of our stuff before it got ruined. We had to keep mopping the water to keep it from getting any further into the house.

Excellent place newly renovated. Plenty of room, great pool and backyard and a nice quiet front porch. Loved it.

We enjoyed staying at the Sand Dollar house. The house was recently remodeled and we were the first renters since the transformation was done. The renovation looks fantastic. We plan to stay here again.

Check-in was easy and location was excellent. We arrived on a Saturday evening but Sunday we started noticing different things. A puzzle had dust caked on it along with dog hairs. We found mold in the shower knobs, the door and in the grout. Both bathroom floors look like they have not been mopped in a long time. Hallway bathroom - the tub had chip marks throughout, the shower liner had mold all on the bottom and the drain was awful. The vents throughout the house on the ceiling had mold. There was dust on the walls and along the bathroom tile. I went to the realty office on Monday and showed the lady the pictures that I took and she was sending someone out right away but I was informed that this is their time of the year that they do their deep cleaning. The lady showed up and she took care of what she could and she even left a bag on the front porch of a new longer bathtub mat with a drain cover so my grandson could take a bath later in the day. She also stated that maintenance will be out the next day. After a while I didn’t hear on what time maintenance would be there so I called the office and I spoke with the lady, who didn’t seem like she wanted to help, to find out what time maintenance would be out. I was informed sometime today but we did not have to be there. I let her know that we wanted someone there but we would like to go out since we were on a vacation we did not wish to sit there all day. So she offered me Wednesday instead, which still did not make sense. Within 15 minutes somebody was out after my phone call. We wanted someone there only because we had our personal items and wanted to point out and make sure the items were addressed. He looked at the issues and left and went to Walmart or Lowe’s and purchase new knobs for the shower and replaced some of the vents. When I went to go check out, I gave them their keys but I also gave them a list of items that needed to be addressed and I was informed again that this is their deep cleaning time and these items usually get taken care of then. I’m sorry I think that this should have been addressed throughout the year not just during their deep cleaning.

Nice location near Ocean and Main St. Home needs some updating and cleaning especially bathrooms.

Had very good time. New mattresses were hard but slept well. Still need to pressure wash concrete in back. Less pots/pans or big bowls like for salad etc. Swiffer still would be nice. Overall close to beach and main street Pool was clean. Had great time More expensive this time

I booked this listing for my fiance's bachelor trip and it was perfect. Process was very easy and so was check in to my knowledge. They all had a blast, the house having a private pool was a huge plus and so was being in walking distance to the beach and a lot of nightlife attractions. It's a good area where you don't know to worry about being too boisterous I guess, because they never got any complaints! Not to say they were super loud either though, there were two dads on the trip in addition to all the young guys lol

The house and property are as described online. The pool was very nice and well kept. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach. We had 9 adults and 2 dogs in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a very enjoyable stay. Our only complaint was no grass in the fenced in backyard for the dogs.

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 9! The kitchen was stocked with more than enough, the pool was perfect, the location/walk to beach was only a couple blocks. We had a fantastic time.
