Great location

We were visiting for parents weekend at Perdue so lots of driving between Indy and west Lafayette. Staying at William’s oasis was exactly what we needed each night. It’s beautiful, open, and well thought out. Lots of pool playing and Sonos cocktail hour station!

This property is fantastic! It was everything it was described to be and more! The furnishings and artwork are incredibly nice. William was very responsive and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property!

William's place is amazing, we enjoyed every minute. The house the location amazing. We did contact the garage on the corner who provided us with some extra parking which worked out great. House came with many extras, paper plates, silverware etc.

My husband and I stayed on this property, and we thought we fell in love with the photos, but the photos don't do it justice! Beyond the beautiful art pieces, the kitchen is spacious, the whole-home sound system is wonderful to have music playing in the living area and walk out to the garden, plus the floors are heated so there's no cold tiles throughout the whole house! This home is settled in a great area, just behind it is a yummy pub with great beer and food! Not a stone skip away is even more restaurants to choose from, the options feel endless. If you're visiting for a concert, hosting a bachelor/bachelorette party, or any sort of large gathering where you want to have numerous food and fun options, this is the place!

The building is anonymous, you are literally walking through a brick building entrance. Once inside, wow! The luxurious bedrooms provide a quiet place to enjoy the comfy beds. Bathrooms were spotless, and the piano under the full-length skylights were awesome. The courtyard is a completely sheltered place that is great for a mid-morning reading or a laptop session, and in the evening the perfect place to hang out under the stars. Steps away from a hip neighborhood, this is a fun urban getaway! Communication with the host was excellent. The garage is awesome, your car is off-street and attached, so packing and unpacking is really quick. Audio system sounded great, and the huge counter space in the kitchen was nice as well. Yes, would recommend to a friend. One note: this is a converted industrial space that is in a completely residential area... but for that there are no "views." That was a plus for us for privacy, and the courtyard is outdoors and completely private, and it really feels like the space in the city is all your own.

This property is amazingly beautiful. The open space was great for the gathering of friends we had. The bedrooms are large, plenty of space, great to have two master sweets PLUS the half bathroom for guest to use. We even had an opportunity to play the piano and a game of pool. The art work and furniture is beautiful and fun to walk thru the house to admire. Kitchen is large and great for preparing meals. The laundry room was an added bonus, allowed us to have place to store any extra items brought. (For me it was the plethora of snacks we brought.) Location was great. A few of us did take a quick walk to the local store. Very walkable. For the most part we hung out in the house, there was no to leave!

Bill's place was not only beautiful and clean but it is very unique. Everything from the furnishings to the decor was quite spectacular. The space was perfect for our needs and there is plenty within walking distance.

What a wonderful place!! Clean and wonderfully decorated. Great location. No need to get the car out if you don't want to. Walk to several good restaurants. Bill is a wonderful host and very accommodating. We can't wait to go back. Highly recommend !

This property is amazing. Beautiful antiques, but comfortable vibe. Beds and linens were so comfortable. Bill could not be more accommodating. Great outdoor space in the heart of downtown is rare, and this one is first rate! I'll be back!!
