We only needed one bedroom so we had plenty of space! We cooked most of our meals there ! There were nice dishes and pots and pans! There were also lots of spices! The decorations were so special! We were right across from the park! You could walk to the River! It was a great location! I would highly recommend this Vrbo! Thank you for sharing it with us!

The place was well-stocked and clean. Green space across the street with park and walking trails along the Colorado River. Candice was very helpful and in contact quickly if we needed her.

Excellent !! All we did was sleep there— house was perfect!!

The pics were exactly what we found when we opened the door. Beautifully decorated, top notch linens, rugs, towels, utensils, furniture and clean. Candice responded immediately when we texted with questions and actually stopped by to chat. The property is across the road from a GIANT park, 3 mile blacktop walk around the park and along the Colorado River. It has numerous lighted soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, 4 covered playgrounds for littles, fenced and wind shielded pickle ball courts, dog run area, tons of parking and a football field with spectator seating. Wonderful adventure.
