The stools are not stable. Quite unsafe serving children food.

The room we're big enough beds seat very comfortable. The kitchen was also big but need a lot of effort The bathroom and the sinks also need a lot of make over.

The host was very flexible and understanding, he allowed for early checking in at 7am at no extra cost. A good place for a big family or colleagues at low cost.

Celling paint was peeling off and dropping to the coaches..

THE HOST WAS GREAT! HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EVEN EARLIER SINCE WE WERE TRAVELLING WITH SGR AND THEREFORE GOT TO MOMBASA AT AROUND 4AM. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO CHECK OUT. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!

The fan in my living room wasn't functioning

David was a great host. He ensured we were handled well. He even suggested a contact of a person to pick us from SGR. We were arriving early and he agreed for us to check in earlier than the norm. We are very grateful to him for the good service.

I loved everything in this facility, from the fast internet to the accessible shops, spacious rooms and equipped kitchen

The apartment was clean, it was ideally located because there was a natural breeze such that we didn't even need air conditioning. The staff were exceptional, David is a gracious and understanding host and he managed to accommodate us last minute. The apartment was good value for money. I highly recommend David as a host

The common shower wasn't particularly powerful enough..the apartment was on the top most floor though so it was understandable

Everything was fine , but for a new person in Mombasa ensure you have clean drinking water because the piped water is a bit salty.

Beds are too small, mosguito nets are wounout ,no dining room and at first it was shown when advertising the apparment,no hot water at master bedtoom,and toilets are not frashing accordinglly, wall paint

Wow wow wow I lick the words to express my gratitude, David the host God bless him was very responsive and patient, his staff was helpful and went beyond expectations. We are really grateful. The apartment is centrally located close to Nyali mall and at least 3 beaches which we visited in our short stay . We loved that with this convenience the price was very low compared to neighboring furnished houses . The pool was clean and not crowded at all. The house had fans for cooling however we were in a cool environment we rarely put them on . Our beds were neatly made clean . All areas were very tidy and clean. Kudos on the fast Wifi and smart tv. This home has all you need on a tight budget . David also had variety and on this particular day we had the option to choose different houses . I would definitely recommend the house ,and I just found my forever holiday home. I am grateful. Well done

The owner, David, is easy to reach, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The location is not far to amenities (Ie. malls, restaurants), convenient for exploring the area (Ie. Mombasa Old Town, Bombolulu Workshop, Haller Park, , nearby beaches, etc), an easy Uber ride from Mombasa train station, an easy matatu ride to Malindi, and a glimpse into local life as it’s in a local area. The unit is great for a group as we were three friends travelling together. We had room to chill, internet was good, and hot water and water pressure were nice!

The listing says there is a washing machine, dining table, and AC which was not the case. As mentioned, David is responsive and had a washing machine installed the very next day. (We did not care about the other stuff.) The unit is older and there is clear water damage in some of the walls making the bedrooms a bit musty smelling. (The fan helps a bit and the living room is fine.)
