We stayed over the week/weekend for our daughters wedding. House was great, as we had wedding stuff that we had in out little cargo trailer and had plenty of parking for it.

Great stay! Everything we could have needed was available - great location. We will be back for next years event and will definately be booking in again. Thank you for a great home away from home! 😊

This was the perfect place for us to get ready for the wedding. We had plenty of room to have brunch with friends and great kitchen space to decorate a wedding cake. The communication with the property manager was amazing!

The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The yard was awful, all weeds, dry, no patio furnifure and a junker car in the driveway. The house on the outside was very nice. Master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Other bedrooms beds were not as good. The bathrooms were good. Kitchen was very good. The house was the nicest in the neighborhood.

Overall we were all happy with our stay. The price fit the budget and the house was more than adequate for our needs! Cleanliness was ok, the grill was very dirty and there was no grill brush. However, the property manager was out of town and told us that if we purchased one they would refund the price. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty upon arrival. Small oversight, as it's easy to forget to start the dishwasher when leaving. I think the property managers should clean the dishwaher out and put dishes in their proper place before new guests arriving however, because we don't know where they go! It was very hot, and I think the house has a regular A/C unit? The Thermostat had a cool setting and the vents had cool air when it was running but it definitely doesn't keep up with the hot summer days. There was a window type portable unit in the living area that made a big difference in that area. It got cool enough at night to bring the house to a manageable temp though. Small complaints, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I manage several events at the nearby horse park and needed a place for my out of town officials to stay. This house worked perfectly. They loved it and said the beds were very comfortable, and they felt right at home. I appreciated all the communication from the owner, before and after their stay. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and fresh. My husband and I were in town to visit our kids and grandkids. Neighborhood was quiet; on the west side of town. Easy access to North Reserve St, close to parks. Large kitchen, well stocked, big table to seat 6+ and counter with stools for 4. Sizeable bathrooms and bedrooms. We'll stay here again if it's available at future visits.

This was a great place to stay and was perfectly located for our needs. We had everything in the house that someone would need and it was very clean and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again next time we're in town!

It was a great place to stay while attending our granddaughter's soccer tournament. Plenty of room for everyone! TV and WiFi are very user friendly :) We were very comfortable and will return again. The host was superb!

The property was in a great general location to everything and it was very quiet. The property owner Bethany was an excellent host and very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

This property was clean and well-stocked. Since we were staying for two months, I assumed I would need to replenish the paper products myself. I was wrong - there was plenty of TP and paper towels for our entire stay! The kitchen was also well stocked. There were even a few of my favorite Pampered Chef tools available, much to my delight! It was mainly my husband and I who stayed here but the other rooms were used off-and-on by our adult children and grandkids. All the beds were very comfortable, and we were happy to use the portable playpen for the new baby and the toys and books for the 3-year-old. There was no carpet and no stairs - which worked fantastic for my blind dog and my husband, who dislocated his ankle and broke his fibula shortly after arriving in Missoula. So if you are looking for an easy-to-maneuver house, this one will work great! :-) The only suggestions for improvement is that the couch, although a perfect fit for the living room, definitely should be updated (owner said this is planned for spring), and the neighbors, while friendly, did not shovel the driveway as planned every time it snowed. In Missoula, snow tends to melt on the driveway within a couple of days anyway, but with my husband in a boot and on a scooter, he was not able to shovel the driveway himself so sometimes it was snow-packed for a few days. Communication with the owner was pleasant and quick. She even left Griz onesies as a present for our new grandson - very thoughtful! We will stay here again!

The only thing to say is fantastic! Will always look for this property's availability when traveling to Missoula and will happily recommend to family and friends.

Upkeep in general. Loved the state of Montana just not the property.

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for a couple of nights. We loved the house and the great space for our “kids”. It is in a more country setting, which was perfect for us.

Was great for family to stop in and visit according to their work schedule. Had a game night with the nice long table and room in the dining/living room. Quiet neighborhood. It was great for us.

There isn't any AC at the property and we happened to be staying on the hottest weekend of the year. The host brought in extra fans and it was very comfortable in the house. Overall a wonderful experience and stay. Would recommend.

We had a comfortable stay at this home about 10 minutes from downtown parks and restaurants. Master bed very comfortable (didn't use others), kitchen is large and well stocked. Negatives are no A/C and the sofa needs to be cleaned. Large fenced yard was great for our dog. Communication with host was prompt and professional. Overall a good stay.

It was out of town just enough but not to far! Easy to find. The layout of the house was perfect for what we needed. The dog and kids come go out easily and we could watch from inside. And the neighbors were friendly.

Overall it was great! Clean and tidy, with one exception. The couch and ottoman were definitely in need of some cleaning. The couch was not very comfortable so we did not enjoy the only seating available to watch TV. The sectional fits well in this house, maybe think about upgrading to a highback, reclining sectional.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of space, clean, comfortable beds, convenient location. We all felt right at home. Our young son was thrilled to find/play with different toys in the kid room. Communicating with the host was quick, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!
