This house and location and host were perfect for our group of 5, 60+(age) women friends who gathered for their annual reunion. ALL the amenities are there (including many snacks, coffee, extra blankets and on and on). The layout of the house is perfect for gathering - with lots of room if you don't want to be with the group! Can't' recommend it enough!

This is one of the best VRBO properties I've rented. The communication from Jill was very helpful before and during our stay. The personalized welcome note and generous snacks were a very nice touch. We had a group of 8 old college friends and we had plenty of room. The home is well appointed with several areas to hang out, each with its own vibe. The art (for sale) from local artists throughout the house gave it an incredibly unique feel and a connection to the community (no Hobby Lobby art :). Also, this house was incredibly clean. Several in our group commented that typically in a rental you will find an area that was overlooked / not cleaned well, but this was not the case here. Overall it is a great property I would recommend and rent again.

Property was as advertised and as shown in photos. Communication was great with property owner and they accommodated a couple special needs for us very nicely. Property has lots of extra touches that are often missing in rentals, we didn't need a thing and had a great visit!

Such a beautiful home located close to everything we needed. So spacious and well stocked with extras! Easily cooked and ate meals at home. Very clean and walkable neighborhood. Will return and choose this beautiful home. Met our hosts and they were great from start to end!

Our large group of family made a trip to Minneapolis from different states to attend a college football game and spend time together. The House of HeArt provided us with a beautiful setting, including a very large kitchen that accommodated all of us, as well as spacious communal living areas and a lovely outdoor space to gather. Our host Jill thought of every detail and truly is a "super host!" Definitely will stay again.
