My family of 5 had a wonderful 8-day stay at this beautiful cottage. It is much larger than expected where everyone had their own private space. The property is covered in a canopy of trees so it does not get much light during the day. We all slept in much later than usual. There is so much to do in the area. We wish we could have stayed longer. The home inside was very clean, however there are some areas we noticed that need tending. We are happy to discuss with the owner privately if warranted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

This was a great spot for my mom, aunt (both late 70s) and I. We each had our own room and were close to family activities. The only true drawbacks are lack of cell reception and proximity to the road. These were relatively minor issues and we loved our stay.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Sebastopol. The location is a bit tucked away, so it’s nice and quiet. The home itself is clean, with a warm and colorful style. Communication with the host was easy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

This cozy home was exactly what we needed for our trip to Sonoma. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, etc we needed. The deck was perfect to sit and chill after a day of site seeing and wine tasting. The beds were comfy. Definitely recommend a stay in this home. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautifully renovated cabin in a lovely rural setting. It was spotless and very comfortable. The host was very helpful. We have allergies, so we appreciated the no pets policy and the use of non-scented detergents and cleaning products. It was a great stay.

We all loved this place! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great, there was so much to do very close by. If you like food, wine, the ocean, gorgeous scenery, and very friendly locals, all while staying in an awesome, comfy cabin, this is the place for you. We will be most definitely be returning. Oh, and shout out to the host and property manager (Justin and Jenni) for going above and beyond to help us get back an item that’s was left behind. We are very grateful to you both!

This home was perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. We loved the decor, comfortable furniture/beds, and backyard deck with the running creek. Easy 5-minute drive to great restaurants in the cute town of Occidental. We look forward to staying here again!

We have rented this house 2 years in a row and it is the perfect place for our families to reunite and relax. It’s cozy and well appointed!

We enjoyed a girls getaway at this cost, nicely decorated cabin. There were 4 separate sleeping areas. The place was clean. It has a nice back deck with a dining table. There is not room for a dining table in the common area so we had to sit at the island to eat and there were 6 of us so two people stood.
The only other issue was that some of us did not find the pillows on the bed very comfy. They are big and firm. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great. Justin's place was just as described. Very clean and accommodating for a group of 4, adequately equipped to meet our needs, and perfect location. Hope to be back some day.

The property was on a street with a lot of speeding traffic, making it difficult to exit. Also the kitchen floor was not very clean. When we arrived there was a notice on the front door stating that the property was an unpermitted vacation rental. This caused a little concern but when we telephoned the property agent she said that the owner was working on it.

Just what we needed
What a fun place to stay. Whimsically decorated and all the modern amenities you could want. Not sure why they say it is only a 2 bedroom because there were four rooms (5 if you count the loft room) that had doors that closed. We were family gathering from the four corners of the US to lay my dad to rest and celebrate his life. Occidental has always been a gathering place for our extended family and we were so thrilled to find this perfect rental. The beds were very comfortable, the lighting was eclectic and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a memorable stay and we look forward to renting it again. Thanks P & J!

Oasis in the woods
This location was centrally located to the coast and the wineries/Healdsburg. Another couple and us had a great time in the area. Lots of room for the four of us. Our only complaint were the very firm, very full pillows. Beds were comfortable.

The house was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Unfortunately there was a power outage the first night so we didn’t get to spend much time there. Justin was amazing and his crew found us another property to stay at which was very nice. We were still able to experience a very enjoyable weekend thanks to Justin!

Peaceful stylish piece of heaven!
This is a great place in a great location. It is 5 minutes from Occidental downtown. Great restaurants and home of the Boheme Wines. It is 15 minutes from Bodega Bay and 30 minutes from Tomales Bay. We loved WildFlour pastries and cheeses from Freestone. I also loved the proximity to the beaches in the Russian River. The roads to get everywhere are breathtaking.
Tha house was bigger that we tought. A lot of room and has all amenities. Very hight tech. My kids loved asking Alexa for their favorite tunes and dancing.

The accommodations were beautiful and very clean. Bedding was very comfortable and quarters were close, so family time was great. The house is basically a great room between the kitchen and living room with bedrooms off to the sides. My only complaint would be the deck, tables and chairs and barbecue and walls and light fixtures could use some dusting and cleaning before each guests arrive. Otherwise everything was perfect and a great location within 20 minutes to do many things. Also, there is no icemaker, which is fine, so just remember to bring ice.

Lovely updated place to stay.
This place is a great location to many places in the area. Easy parking, clean place with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely back deck and very restful.
The water in the cabin not full pressure and you get use to it. It goes in and out just like a cabin.
They have all you need. I did have to purchase paper towels as there were none but that was it.
Enjoy your stay at this beautiful relaxing retreat.

This house was even more lovely than it looked online. 4 separate bedrooms, a lovely back deck with a table and chairs, parking for many cars, a nice open kitchen space with updated appliances and good supplies. Everything was delightful and I would absolutely stay again.

This property is magical. It is everything described by Justin and more. It is so tranquil and calm yet so close to all. My family and I enjoyed a week's stay here last week and were just so impressed with this beautiful cabin. Justin is amazing to work with-he is quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place, worth every penny!
