The property is as described. It's in a great location close to Jekyll Island and St. Simons. The neighborhood was very quiet which is something I really appreciate being a light sleeper. The house is small but had everything I needed. The she shed is about 50 fèet from the house and has a nice bed and a sitting area with a full size couch. My pup loved the large yard. And it was fabulous to be able to lèt her play fetch in the yard. I stayed with a friend from college and her 19year old daughter the 3 of us felt safe in the area. The decor was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Lisa was very quick to answer my questions but we didn't have any problems to worry with.

This trip was definitely needed and Lisa is awesome and very sweet and we appreciate her allowing us to enjoy her tiny house!

We had such an amazing stay! Quiet yet close to everything we needed. Perfect yard for the dogs! Great and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend!! Will be back

Cutest little house! Loved the stay!

Such a cute little home with everything you need. Clean, cute, and charming. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our pups. There was a beautiful playground park within walking distance that our son loved and also a dog park a little further down. The neighborhood was safe and close to historic downtown, which is worth checking out. We were so close to Jekyll Island and enjoyed the short, easy drive from the house. The bed was comfortable and my son didn't complain about the futon for sleeping. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

House was small but had everything we needed, she shed bedroom looked nice but we stayed in main house. Yard was fenced in (fence maybe 3ft high) but perfect for pet playing! Very much enjoyed our stay and host was very easy to reach and responded quickly.

We were just coming down to check out the area, but fell in love with the area, and the Tiny House, Close proximity to Downtown Brunswick, Downtown Darien, St. Simons and Jekyll Island all for different reasons. Lisa's Tiny House could not had been in a better central location. Nearby all the great eateries and attractions. Lisa was the most accommodating host ever. EVER. She is so awesome. We are returning very shortly and will definitely rent her tiny house again.

This little house was super cute, had a relaxed beachy vibe, great views, very quiet neighborhood - and the "she shed" was such an unexpected bonus!! We got into town a little late the first night, so we slept on the Murphy bed since it was right there. Then we "discovered" the lovely room in the shed the next day, and slept in there the 2nd night, lol Really fun little house, and we weren't traveling with dogs, but there's a great big yard if you are. Our dog loved the huge fenced yard! Lisa was a great host and very responsive. Location was great and the house and she shed were clean and comfy. Would recommend!

This tiny house was exactly what we were looking for. It’s close to St. Simons and Jekyll Island while also in a quiet area. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the tiny house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this property. My husband likes to come in August for his birthday weekend. We love how close it is to Jeckyll Island. This place is perfect for a dog. The property owner is kind and easy to work with. We will likely be back again!

Just the two of us and small dog so we didn’t use the detached bedroom. What a wonderful place. Convenient to everything. Very quiet area. Absolutely would stay there again.

Convenient to St Simons & Jekyll. You're visiting to go to the beach but the house is so cozy you have to make yourself leave. Plus, clean & no bugs. The additional 'she shed' is great for a second couple. p.s. I didn't know till I came back & saw reviews that it's pet- friendly. No smells or other signs of pets here.

My kids and I adored this tiny house experience which felt cozy and perfect! We would definitely book this again. Great location between the 2 major beaches, very convenient to have the dog park nearby and fenced area for our puppy. Owner was very quick and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well!

The house was amazing. We needed a rest for one night. The house and she shed was absolutely perfect and super clean. My fur babies got to play in the fenced in yard. The neighbors were super friendly and a nice little walk to a green space park or a large children's park around the corner. The bed was super comfy in both the house and shed. All we could need was there and just a hop to both island entrances. Thank you for opening your tiny house to us. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time. Lisa had so many small touches that made our stay feel like home away from home. 10/10 would recommend!

Yard and location were great. The beds did not work for us though, and it felt very dusty inside.

The playground near the house had been upgraded since our last stay, which or daughter loved. This is a perfect place for our dogs to join us. We love the shower with the varied heights. The property was clean and neighbors friendly. Our daughter loved staying here again and calls it the "holiday house."

We were so in love with the huge palm tree and lovers oak in the yard… spent time swinging on the tree swing while the dogs ran around the HUGE yard… house is as described but just fine for us…. Served it’s purpose and had cable and internet…. The neighborhood was adorable and we enjoyed walking in the evening…
