Place was a great location and stay and true to online specs. Very secure as you have to be checked at the gate. Quiet and enjoyed the view of the lake on the balcony and even watched the fireworks across the lake. We had a minor issue, but owner quickly responded and all good. Would rent again....even thought about buying a unit in the same area. We walked for exercise all along the lake and in the neighborhoods and it was great!

We stayed here during Thanksgiving to be close to family in Conroe. Even during a rainy week, the lake was beautiful and the layout and space gave our family plenty of room to spread out and feel at home while we were traveling.

This beautiful and clean space was the perfect spot for a long weekend with friends! The host was extremely helpful with resolving a small issue came up (due to no fault of their own) even on a holiday weekend. We loved this stay and will definitely be back in the future!

The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend close to the lake. The house was the perfect size for a family of 6 adults. It also had a great view of the lake. The rooms were nice-sized, and the beds were very comfortable.
However, the neighborhood no longer allows boats, trailers, or jet skis.
We had a great weekend trip, but wish we could have stored our jet ski at the house.
Cynthia was a great hostess!

The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend close to the lake. The house was the perfect size for a family of 6 adults. It also had a great view of the lake. The rooms were nice-sized, and the beds were very comfortable.

CYNTHIA WAS MOST HELPFUL & ANSWERED QUESTIONS QUICKLY. ONLY WISH WE COULDVE TAKEN OUR NEW PUPPY TO PLACE IN THE CUTE BACK AREA BUT TOTALLY RESPECT HER WISHES!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Spent the weekend here, The house was super clean and very nice inside. This house was everything we asked for. The owner was amazing. This house was everything we asked for we'll definitely be back hopefully sooner then later.

What a relaxing weekend! Cynthia was an excellent host; very friendly and helpful. The things-to-so list was much appreciated. The house was perfectly decorated with everything we could want and need. I will definitely book again!

the condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Cynthia was a fabulous host and very available if needed. She provided some necessities in kitchen and bath which was very helpful. we had a great stay and plan to return soon!
