My family and myself are frequent Vrbo-ers but this was our first camper stay. And it did not disappoint! It had my husband and I dreaming of the day when we can buy our own camper. Thank you letting our family stay in your mountain home!

Communication was amazing with the owner. Very nice amenities and the campground was beautiful. Easy to find in daylight as numbers were on the ground and we are use to camping. She even has a strand of lights out at night which was helpful!

No water on property, had to book hotel the next day, couldn't stay on property as no water to shower or cook anything. Guess just out $400+ on Christmas. Most likely will not use this service again

Recommend to get to the property in daylight as it could be difficult at night as most pads not having numbers. Good laundry facilities. Property owner did not make an effort to make things organized, messy drawers with no order, definitely not clean with very dusty horizontal slat blinds and dirty floor. There were no pillow cases, just the decorative covers on pillows which don’t look like something to be slept on. No soap in washroom at sink or shower. Sliding door does not lock easily from inside. Owner’s golf cart parked well into the parking space for a vehicle, the cart could easily have been driven forward 5’ to make easier guest parking. In all, it felt like the owner made no effort to make this property nice and clean for guests. Location is good for the Smoky Mountains. Other residents are friendly at the RV site.

This rental is in a quiet campground resort outside of Gatlinburg. It is well kept, quiet and very relaxing. The rental is exactly as advertised. The best part are all the friendly neighbors! We really enjoyed our chats walking around.

Great location, great scenery, close to Gatlinburg enough, that you can enjoy it, but just far enough away to be in the quiet.

It's a great place if you're looking for something close with family fun options such as a pool or park. I do wish the owner would have given some better directions though. The address provided led us to the wrong RV. It was late and we ended up having to ask someone who was having a BBQ for help. Thankfully they were really helpful and gave us all the directions we'd need to find the place, but that was after about 30 minutes of driving around aimlessly. There was a bit of a issue with ants at the property but when you're out in nature, there's going to be SOMETHING and I don't attribute that to anything the owner did. Just make sure to seal all snacks. Also, we weren't given instructions on if we were allowed to use the golf cart. We did end up trying but it wasn't charged, which was kind of a bummer. Wish that would have been made clear too. Overall it was a good experience! Would stay again now that I know how to find the place but if ask some clarifying questions.

Nice place, close to all attractions in smoky mountains, checkin process was excellent , Shannon was quick in responding to queries, would recommend this place for others .

Our experience with this rental was just okay. The trailer could've been cleaner (dusty). The outdoor light bulbs had water in them so we didn't feel safe using them. The fireplace didn't work and the outdoor furniture looked like it'd been through hell and back. We did enjoy the resort a lot! The people were very friendly and it made the trip worth it.

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described and pictured. We would stay here again. Only negative was WiFi is very spotty and no cell signal on phones but everything else was great.

From the time we arrived we did not want to leave. The reset itself has everything you need. This particular property was so well kept and clean. It was really cozy, like a home away from home. The pictures show exactly as it is. We even got to see a couple of bears right by the patio! We look forward to booking again in the future.

We stopped in Gatlinburg for a couple of days on our way to Ga. Very cute little getaway. My family and I loved it. We even played some putt putt on the grounds.

We had a lovely stay. The camp was clean and met our needs for a peaceful ‘home base’ for our trip to visit Gatlinburg. The park was well-appointed. The only down side during our trip was that both pools were drained for maintenance throughout our stay. This is no reflection on the host, however, but was something that had factored into our choice to rent here. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and loved our time at this camp.

This is quite the hidden gem! Nothing fancy very quaint! This home away from home is in a quite scene very nice residents here too. Little to no cell service but honestly that’s part of the good imo, the kids survive(barely tho) 😂 If opportunity comes we would definitely stay again!
