The property was nice had everything we needed. The 2 full beds where not very comfortable, The one by the closet no one could sleep on, They slept on the couch. Overall very nice and would stay there again

Plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. Nice to have laundry and a pool on site as well.

We stayed in this condo for a conference. The place is great and a much more affordable option than a conference hotel, while still only a short walk from the venue (along the beach, which was nice).

We have stayed at this place b4 not the same condo but at the Waves 2 other time a with no issues, this place was dirty and had roaches, when I notified the owner, she was not real nice!

Great location! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Really appreciated having the beach chairs, towels and cooler available to us. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for a group of 4 girls staying for a long weekend! It looks just like the pictures in the posting. Communication was great, check in/out was easy, we had no issues. For the price and location, this is really an excellent value! My only suggestion would be to get new beach chairs; there were 3 in the closet, but two were broken and the other one was extremely small and cheap. Glad there was a beach umbrella at least!

It was a great location with a pool. Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to get a hold of if we had any issues.

The warmth of the house really felt like we were staying in a home away from home. Convenient amenities, cute commodities and wonderful owner who answered every question I had within minutes made this a wonderfully comfortable stay. Anyone who books here should feel comfortable that they'll be well taken care of!

We had such a nice time. So close to everything that we actually cancelled our car rental. Took advantage of the free beach ride taxi and cooked fine meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo and we would most definitely rent again. WONDERFUL!

I have travelled for over 20 years using VRBO and this is my very first negative experience but, I felt others needed to be aware. We plan this trip for my 82 year old mother with family as we recently lost my father and my aunt/ my mom’s sister. My mother travelled to Florida bi-annually with her sister so, this trip was VERY important to us. Upon arriving the property was somewhat clean but, that was ok we bought some cleaning products. Arrived late Fri and Sat we noticed the fridge was not cold enough..we turned it up..Next day notified owner by email and promptly they had someone over but, we lost all our fridge food for the week. This was Monday. Thursday the toilet was backing up.. Sent message to the owner again. They sent someone over. The plumber told us the problem was with the city and nothing they could do, they cleared it a little but, don’t expect it to stay cleared. The plumbing issue was an issue in the whole building but, being on the end unit on the line, we were the most effected. The condo across from us got the option to move to another condo but, the owner of this one did not have access to any of the other units…. We stuck it out.. The site Manager Phil was lovely, he tried to help us as the toilet facilities working properly was essential. No success, property owner sent me a text message asking if we want a refund for our remaining days and we can stay at a hotel. Hold on now we were waiting patiently, very open to working with the owner. Wasn’t her fault but, not ours either.. I choose not to move, it was not easy with my mother to move as she had mobility issues. To pack up and move was the last thing on our agenda. We stuck it out. Following Saturday, so we are at our 8th day there now the pool pump is not running. I contacted Phil who was the property manager, as he was lovely as I previously said and the condo owner was already frustrated with me. Everyday we received and update from Phil, this person was coming checking this and that, etc. By the end of it now being Fri. 2 weeks in vacay, almost a week with no pool, the pump needs to be replaced, no date of how long. We ran out of options, we had to move, no pool for vacation. I spent the full day looking for accommodations, it was not easy to get accommodations especially, with mobility needs . The owner refunded thankfully, the last week accommodations and she did give us a credit for groceries. This was the very worst experience ever. Good luck!

It is in a great location, walk to great restaurants and the beach. Pool large, we spent a lot of our time there. It was so nice to be on the first floor right next to the pool. We love St. Pete beach and this area, would love to return!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to definitely return to this property. The beach is close and the property’s pool is great! Wonderful experience all around!

We had a great time, the condo is within walking distance to the beach, where the beautiful sand and water resides. Paradise Grill is steps off the sand, they have great food and adult drinks, very informal just your swim suit We had a wonderful 5 days, we didn't rent a car we walked to stores and restaurants, we did uber back from Publics with the groceries. It was a really laid back stress free vacation.

This property was really a gem. I rented it for my Granddaughter and her family which included 3 kids. 3 sofas insured room for everyone to lounge. The unit is small but very clean and well laid out. Lots of natural light and nice kitchen with a built-in banquet for eating. Restaurants within walking distance all around. The kids enjoyed walking for icecream each evening. Easy check-in and host Patricia was even able to remotely unlock door.

Everything you could want ,lots of pots pans,cups and cutlery,very clean and comfortable and about a few minutes walk round the corner to the beach. It was better than we expected ,would love to visit again .

Easy arrival and departure instructions. Close walk to the beach! The rental supplies 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for use while you stay. It was nice having a pool when you needed a break from the saltwater. Look around before you buy groceries you might find a few things you don’t need to buy! It was perfect for our family of 4.

Great location, nice place. Overall the condo had everything we would need. The only request would be for more bath towels - as women with long hair we did not have hair towels - and bigger beach towels. But otherwise, it was great! Thanks Patricia!
