The condo is as advertise wonderful. We were comfortable, safe and satisfied. Just as advertised. The place just need some serous frosting off. My feed were brown fro
Walking barefoot upon arrival… the drawers had hair, dust, left over toiletries from others… crumbs in the kitchen utensils drawers. Serious dirt under the beds. Luckily there was plenty of cleaning supplies for my use! Bathrooms were clean otherwise.
The master bathroom gets warm, but the owners know evidently… so much that an air circulation fan is provided and that took care of the issue.
We would stay here again. But I would ask to get a discount for the cleaning fee so I can pay myself for getting the place ready for use.

The Condo was beautiful! Well kept and well stocked. The owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with, he is a 5 star. Neighbors were very friendly, view of the gulf was awesome sunrise to sunset. We were very pleased with absolutely everything.

I new this was going to be a wonderful vacation as the host was helpful before we even arrived. Check-in was easy and the folks at the guard shack were very friendly and helpful. Parking was also a breeze and there are shopping carts on the parking level to assist you getting all of your things up to the condo. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The Gulf and Lagoon were right outside our balcony. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and all of the nature around us, especially the dolphin we saw! The pool is great with pool noodles and a variety of rafts that you can use on a first come first serve basis. Bring your own and Float around to your Hearts content. If you open an umbrella please remember to close it and tie it as the Gulf breeze/wind can topple them over if left open. This wonderful Breeze also allowed us to keep the AC off for several days and we enjoyed cool temperatures at the end of May through the large screened door off the balcony. The condo is well stocked with all the Comforts of home. The beautifully decorated kitchen has amazing appliances and made cooking meals for my family very easy. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the showers have wonderful water pressure. If you enjoy pickleball the owner has provided equipment for you to use on the courts that are at the front of the property. It was sad to leave but exciting to know that we will be back!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful from the minute we got there to the minute we left. The accommodations were beautiful, up-to-date and comfortable. We had everything we needed including a wonderful balcony with beautiful sunsets. It was fun to keep an eye on the Lagoon to look out for wildlife. It was a huge plus when we saw a dolphin. The pool area was perfect. Lots of chairs extra floaties and lots of room to move around. We can't wait to go back!

A secure, quiet building with an exceptionally nice, heated pool and well-maintained waterfront grounds. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the games room. Clean, comfortable condo. Also enjoyed the freshwater fine sand beach 10 minutes away called SunWest Park, it is worth the drive.

Condo was great! Two friends & I absolutely loved everything about the place. There was everything there that we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to not have to go to buy the essentials, toilet rolls, paper towels, dish soap, etc. I'd have minor issue with door lock, but speaking with Scott, our contact, he came along & fixed the problem & even asked if we needed any additional supplies. We will definitely go back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 409 with beautiful views of the lagoon and gulf! Everything in the unit was as expected, clean and very comfortable. The condo provided us with everything needed for our stay. The peaceful nature walk trail was an unexpected bonus! We walked it daily to watch the stunning sunsets and wildlife! The location, house amenities (pool, game room, fitness room) and peacefulness of the area was another great experience…..the full time residents were very friendly and welcoming to us short term visitors!

The property had everything we needed for the week. They even included beach towels, a beach bag, and laundry detergent! We saw dolphins in the gulf just about every day (and different times of the day as well). The beach access area was just to the lagoon on the property. There was a very small beach close by (Hudson Beach), other beaches were within 45-60 minutes away.

This was an amazing condo. Our family enjoyed so many nights watching the sunset from the balcony. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back.

Serene getaway for those needing a break from the everyday hustle and bustle.
It was a lovely condo & the owner was very helpful. The view from the balcony was truly serene, a place where you could easily lose track of time and forget all of your troubles and stress. The condo was stocked with toiletries, kitchen tools for eating, drinking, and cooking/baking. Beach towels were available; however, we had brought our own. It mentioned beach chairs, but those chairs stayed on the condo property. If you’re planning to go to any of the beaches other than the beach area for the lagoon on the property, you may want to consider bringing your own chairs or picking up some inexpensive ones from Walmart like we ended up doing. It’s $30+ per day to rent 2 chairs at many of the beaches (with waves). The pool and game room was a huge hit! We had such a fun & relaxing week and we plan to return again in the future.

Really loved the telescope, and saw a bald eagle catching and eating a fish, gobs of pelicans and ibis, a great egret, lil blue heron, yellow crowned nite heron, several great blue herons, one white pelican, an osprey hunting and perching! Saw reddish egret and possibly semi palmated plover and possibly a short billed dowitcher at Green Key Beach. Saw a reddish egret at Werner Boyce Salt Springs State Park. Beautiful sunsets at Hudson Beach.

Don't come hear if you have a problem with peace and quite,Beautiful views,and great accommodations.The place has everything you could possibly need.Saw dolphins and manetees every day.Temps were cooler than normal for Florida but I still managed to catch some fish.My family loved the place,the game room was nice and the owner was just a phone call away to answer any questions you have.Look forward to returning.
