This is my second time staying at this place and it reminded me how beautiful the space is with the views and location. The staff are friendly are super helpful. I would go back again and again.

The property is in the best location right in the middle of bay one block back from the beach road. The property itself is excellent. I can’t imagine there is a better view of Sunset in San Juan Del Sur, The pictures don’t do this place justice.

Everything you'd need is within a few blocks; great restaurants, bank, AM/PM, beach. The property is very safe and gorgeous. The apartment itself is well-decorated and functional, and the the views might be even better than the photos. Just spectacular. The only thing downside of being in the middle of everything is that there can be noise into late at night, but there was some kind of festival with a stage on the beach that went very late. Lots going on in SJDS at night. So if you're looking for a quiet property you may want to consider the proximity to town, but if you like being where the action is, I can't think of a better place. We'll be back.

Secure with great staff and great amenities. The music from a nightclub nearby was a little loud on the weekend.
