Good location nice pool thank god had pool to wash !!!!

5 times not had water for toilet or shower offered room to shower could not gain access, not offered any compensation or help with water for toilet basic sanitation rubbish

Sehr schöne Anlage und unserer Apartment war so schön, modern eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Zentrale Lage. Alles schnell erreichbar. Bei dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat man direkt einen Zugang zum Pool.

The place was simple yet cozy. It was tidy and had a compact layout. We particularly enjoyed the pool, and the air conditioning worked well. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the city center. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep.

The host was absent, and we encountered difficulties with security when trying to access the keys from the room post box in the lobby. The road leading to the apartment was extremely muddy due to ongoing road works. The shower was acceptable, though not exceptional.

Pool was great, kids loved the waterslide. Great location.

Beds average. No washing machine or dryer.

Location is perfect. Facilities of the apartment are excellent. Swimming pool(s) are great. Security is efficient and smooth. AC is good.

The collection of the keys was not smooth as it was supposed to be through a lock box attached to the door of the apartment itself, however you needed the keys to access the main gate at the entrance of the compound as well as open the main door of the building itself before you take the elevator to get to the floor where the apartment exists. Another issue I experienced was the construction outside the compound. For the whole duration of my stay there was a nonstop excavation work that created a big mess for everyone. The compound was inaccessible for long hours in some cases. Sure, this is not an issue of the unit itself, but it added to the discomfort. The cleaning must also be added to the cost - arrange your own cleaning service or ask the owner to arrange it for you at an extra cost. The Gym was basic and very small. The view is towards the back of the compound looking at a steel and equipment storage - quite bad.

The pool and the gym, the way the it lights up at night time looks super cool. Felt safe as well because the amount of security guards.

Access to the entrance due to roadworks, hopefully it will be fixed up soon.
