Cons: -struggled to get our room cleaned the first day, after 3 failed attempts calling the reception, I had to walk there by myself to get the room cleaned! -the beds are not comfortable -the rooms are relatively smaller than other similar resorts -the water in the pool not clear -food quality could be improved and more diversified -parking lot is too small and had to park outside -Spa is pricey and the service is mediocre

Well-maintained resort with beautiful rooms and gardens, all very clean. Great to have two different pools, with one dedicated for children. The staff was really friendly and the buffet spreads were generally good as well. It’s about a 20-25 min drive to the Medina.

The music was sometimes playing quite loud in the common areas (pool, restaurant). After the first night we changed rooms; a bit further away from the pool but at least we wouldn’t hear the entertainment/music anymore till 11pm when we wished to sleep before that time :) In the restaurant I sometimes asked the staff to turn down the volume a bit which they happily accommodated. For a family with children <4yo it would be helpful to have a bit more frequent access to the play room so that the kids can also play there in the AC in the middle of the day or in the afternoon for example. I’d also recommend to better organize the wrap/shawarma/waffle station during lunch and tea time because 1 person catering for so many people results in long queues. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make use of the shuttle service nor other restaurants as they were already fully booked for all days we were there.

This felt like a 5 star hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, if they saw us carrying luggage they would be strsight there to take them. The entertainment staff do an amazing job, and actually look like they enjoy their job too! The same for the lovely waiters & catering staff.

The lady in reception! She lets down all the other staff. She was quite surly & barely spoke English. She also tried to charge us &676 for our room again when I had already pre paid! Also, the cash machine atm was broken which left us in a very difficult position with no money & also the shop does not take cards to pay, cash only! They also had no stock of sun cream which was quite unbelievable given that we couldn’t leave the resort very easily to find any.

Nice scenery. the staff were lovely and polite, Entertainment team was top notch especially Faza, Susu, Fatima and others they Sedna need an award for the jobs they do. Everyone was amazing. Had fun trying the Moroccan dishes. the pizza was amazing.

A great hotel where we look forward to returning! The hotel team was very friendly and helpful. The show program was at a very good level. So many different sports opportunities - tennis, volleyball, petanque, football, etc. Good quality gym. The meals are very tasty and varied. Freshly squeezed orange, cucumber, carrot and beetroot juice in the morning, wonderful! Convenient and free transportation system for visiting Marrakech. The room is very large, newly renovated, at least there were no signs of wear anywhere. The children were handled by a friendly team. The children's pool was without heating in March, but that did not stop the children from playing there. See you soon!

-Beautiful gardens -the bar and other areas, design and architecture -plenty of loungers -entertainment and bar staff -the rooms, big beds, good size bathrooms -many activities and sport opportunities: pool tables, table tennis, archery, gym, basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball. It was important to us as travelling with teenagers -clean and tidy place in general -entertainment every evening(if you enjoy taking part) - nice pizza and freshly fried fish, we mostly enjoyed breakfast, fresh eggs, cheese, salad, variety of desserts, fruit salad - shuttle bus to Marrakesh a couple of times a day -Lovely wine, the bartender in the indoor bar makes really nice cocktails, lovely garnished -wonderful SPA, highly recommend massages -lady in the shop very helpful

-The music was playing everywhere all the time, at the pool, restaurant and a bit too loud for my likings. I'd prefer some music free time on occasion - personally we were not impressed with food in general, repetitive flavours and dishes, we noticed lasagna was served on one night but we were there too late, at 8pm was gone and not served again. - some fizzy drinks were ok some not

1. beautiful place, clean and spacious. 2. there is enough beds around the pool so people don’t “reserve” their beds at 6am which is absolutely incredible - you will find free sunbed any time of the day! I was honestly impressed. 3. we had our room upgraded which was a nice surprise. room itself was beautiful and clean. there are hygiene/hair/sleep kit available. 2x AC and nice balcony. 4. people work there really hard to make this place special. I really want to thank you! especially people who are behind the scenes like gardeners (that are never noticed by the guests), kitchen staff, cleaners. there was always someone around cleaning and making sure dining area and area around the pool is spotless.

we highly recommend this place however I have couple of suggestions for the management please treat it as constructive feedback not a criticism! :) 1. small bottles of water are cute and hygienic but not good for the environment. I’m sure there is different way to serve water. cocktails are poor. almost every drink is topped up with a pink grenadine. 2. music around the pool was very confusing. sometimes it was quiet and sometimes it was full volume 00’ techno beat? when they played something nice suddenly it was switched off or changed to completely different style of music. i felt like high school party where everyone wants to play their favourite song all the time lol. I believe that was the music used for animations like dance classes or sport entertainment but really make guests around the pool confused. my suggestion is to play something constantly in the background and make it louder when needed for animations. 3. food could be better. desserts are just mix of sweet cream and sponge or pastry in different shapes and colours. I would rather have 2 good quality desserts than 10 similar cakes however they served waffles pancakes croissants (and other French pastry) which was good. remember it’s a Muslim country so there is no bacon/sausages for breakfast. also no good quality ham. there was only 1 type of ham served and reminded me of cheap mortadella. 4. one girl at the reception seemed to be very moody. she didn’t smile at all she looked annoyed when I approached her making me feel like I’m interrupting her. I asked for iron she put my room number down and said someone will bring it - that didn’t happen. on the day of checkout we returned our towels (€10 deposit for each) and she was talking to me but very quiet and again seemed to be annoyed that someone is talking to her so I asked her to repeat 3 times I’m not sure maybe I have problem with my ears lol

The entire hotel and facilities were exceptional! The staff were warm and friendly!

A bit far out from the Medina. But they provided a shuttle bus!

The staff is really helpfull and the rooms are clean. The buffet is big and a lot of different tastes. The big pool was heated which was a must.

The music around the pool was a little loud sometimes during their acticities. When the shows are on in the night the sound is really loud, the night there was a show inside it would have been comfortable if the doors of this showroom were closed during the show. Maybe ask for a quiet room if dont like this. The shuttlebus must be booked at least 2 days in advance if you like to choose the departuretimes. Dont forget because it tends to get fully booked. and then you have to grab a taxi to the center.

Everything was extraordinary! Hotel stuff is amazing - haven’t seen such a hospitality and kindness before! :) Food was delicious, pool is big and heated! Super nice stay!

Great stay at SolOasis, the place is spotlessly clean, and staff very attentive. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival that was both spacious and well equipped. Planning our return next year.

The place is very well maintained and clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception and bar and the waiter in the special restaurant was terrific. The food was very good with plenty of variety. Lots of different cocktails to choose from plus standard drinks. The animation team put on good shows and are very entertaining but never being pushy to join in with activities. The atmosphere was really nice and as it was cold in the evenings we enjoyed the large fire pits on the terrace to keep warm. Location is out of town so you need transport to go and see anything but having the shuttle bus provided was ideal and the driver was good. You can also take a taxi for €25 per trip (available on site all the time however the driving style is not as relaxed!) It’s a shame we didn’t use the spa facilities as we were too busy sightseeing! Thanks to the entire team at the hotel, we had a super holiday.

Nothing! Just a suggestion for the hotel to improve on little details….the bathroom could do with an extra towel rail for the large towels and tea and coffee in the rooms would be great.
