Cleanliness and facilities

The fact that we are booking the whole house but sadly the "house" is sharing with several other units and so the parking is shared and we were affected with other tenants smoking outside and the smoke enters our aircond. At night we were also affected by endless noise from baby crying. This is definitely not fulfilling our definition of booking whole house for a homestay. Will not book again as we had less privacy as family.

Excellent host with personalised check in. the entire house was super clean. Very satisfied and will repeat if going to Ipoh again. Highly recommended. Rating : 10/10 ***** TQSM Mrs Ice

Location is nice at the corner lot. The house, toilet and kitchen r clean. Comfortable beds, pillow. Living room is fully utilized as TV is functioning well. Dining hall is huge for 7 of us. Air-conditioned really cold. Easy check in and checkout. Easy to park our car too. Toilets r clean wt good water pressure. N gotnwashing machine too. After water play at lost world of tambun, we washed our clothes n dried up overnight. So convenient.

2 out of 4 toilets, the door knob cannot be locked.

Convenient and easy to get there. Nearby restaurants. The house might be built in 70’s, my guess, having the old design but kept it beautifully and clean. Quiet residential area.

No privacy in the rooms as the windows are at the corridor of other outdoor built rooms. Thought we will be the only occupants of that house but then it’s not. Car park at the porch are based on first come first park. If 2 bathrooms are occupied, then one of them will be facing with low water pressure. Water was not hot.

Everything is perfect, host is nice, room is clean. Will come again

Only 1 thing which is no mirror in the room. Need to go near the bathroom area to see the mirror. Suggest to place small mirror in each room.
