Location of property is very good.

Good location, relatively close to the airport

With a 9.5 rating on Booking, we expected way better... although it seemed clean enough, the smell was bad and all our bags and clothes now smell like the apartment. Check-in took almost an hour and they required way more checks than the other places we stayed, including photographs of our faces??? We could only pay in cash and they wanted a significant cash deposit of 5000 rupies. Only a thin fleece blanket (moisty and without a sheet) on the bed, with no extra blankets in the closet, even though it was really cold. At first, we were reluctant to leave a review, as we understand that they might cater mostly to local tourists who might have different priorities than we have. Then, we thought we could maybe leave a review of around a 7 to balance the ridiculous 9.5 a bit, as the room wasn't that bad, apart from the smell, and the location was good. But then they repeatedly didn't follow through on their promises... First, they offered to clean the room twice and twice it didn't happen. They said that they were reachable 24/7, which they weren't. For us, 24/7 availability really isn't necessary, we understand that people need sleep.. But then don't advertise 24/7 availability of staff if you don't work in shifts and are not reachable anymore by 11pm to bring extra blankets to your freezing customers. The deciding factor for us to leave this review was the following: We had an early flight and would leave the apartment at 5:30 am. We informed the staff a day in advance and suggested that they could return our deposit in the evening so the staff wouldn't have to wake up so early. We got a confirmation of two different people that there would be someone for our checkout and deposit at 05:15 am. Sure, that also works for us.... well, you guessed it. 05:15 am passed and there was no-one. We called all three phone numbers that we had available, nobody reachable... 05:30 am and our cab arrived. Still no-one.

The location was good for our requirement.

difficult attitude of the staff

It was an extremely pleasant stay. The staff is very polite and keen to help. The rooms are adequately sized and give a feeling of home. The location of the place is very close to market so very convenient to buy daily needs or to go out and eat.

The bathroom could have been a little bigger, but that's about it.

Very attentive staff, Poonam and Sajith took great care with prompt attention and communication. Laundry and mini kitchen were great (though I was switched to Elegano apartments). Lots of small shops, bakeries, ATMs etc nearby

If I had to niggle, hot water temperature was inconsistent due to solar heating (my guess) and wifi speed was good but not fantastic.

The apartment was spacious and very clean with all the facilities you would hope for. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook. It had enough crockery to use if you brought food from outside. Both the bedrooms had large beds and the mattress was very comfortable. Although we couldn't stay overnight as planned because of our circumstances, I am sure we would have had a comfortable sleep if we did. The bathroom had geyser for hot water. Wifi was very good. The host were very helpful and are committed to provide good care. There is a supermarket and few good restaurants at walking distance,

Cleanliness, decent room size, cupboards, kitchen and balcony; It's a sort of new property - so, all are fairly new; Allowed late check-out for 2 hrs, arranged additional items like extension cord, dosa batter tawa pan. Terrace with common washing machine facility; OK neighborhood with required market, restaurant, park, temple etc., Deepak - staff is willing to help our cab arrangement, on check-out: appreciated.

They don't have "Queen bed" - given twin beds: which is not at all convenient & comfort. Matress quality is just basic, not at par with other service apartment. They have installed 32" inch "TV which don't work and even free-to-air channels" also - don't work. No rice cooker - normal or electric one; all utensils are of big size; have challenge in using them for a couple. As our trip is "staycation" - since TV don't didn't work during full stay: felt bored mostly; despite of complaint - not resolved till check-out; Their staff - who handles their website customer service is "pathetic", response very late & don't know how to interact with new prospective customers; due to her attitude: we have almost thought to cancel our stay; Management will surely miss future business - if that staff continues .... All electronic items - TV, fridge, AC are of basic Chinese brand - Sansui; On our last night - they have given next door apartments to a big group of people: they made full night - full of noise, shouts, loud talks - despite of complaining to in-house manager: no respite: just received a small sorry: next day afternoon. As expected "queen bed, TV, rice cooker" is missing during whole stay and other guests making noise: not able to give good rating, despite of new property;
