Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Und auch das indische Frühstück war gut. Es wurde zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Metrolinie Sakinaka. Der Airport ist nah. Tuktuk hat 70 IRs gekostet.

Alles war okay. Die Lage des Hotels hat mich nicht gestört (Gewerbegebiet).

Nie otrzymała pokoju mimo wcześniej rezerwacji! Po przybyciu do obiektu otrzymałam informację, iż nie mają wolnych pokoi. Moja rezerwacja wciąż widniała i nadal widnieje jako potwierdzona!!! Jest to niedorzeczne! Późno wieczorem byłam skazana na szukanie hotelu na własną rękę!!! Złożyłam reklamację na booking.com ale wciąż nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi! Będę żądała zadość uczynienia za stres i nieprzyjemności związane z tą sytuacją!!!

Location, some of the staff was very good but some of I felt lack of profession and rude. i asked for early chekin but i did not got the rrom even after 12:30.

Washrooms are really very small, breakfast is not at all good, the rooms has loduf noise and washrooms are having blockage issue.

I showed up and was so appalled and shocked by the filthy dirty place that I told them who I was and that I could not stay. It was hard to even walk to the door with the broken walkway strewn with garbage. The front lobby was filled with 6 or 7 men who looked very threatening. The rooms were right off the front lobby and the noise was deafening . The taxi driver also told me not to stay there, he said it’s in one of the worst areas of Mumbai and it would not be safe. Once I saw the place I realized he was right. Do not book this place!

It’s not a 3 star standard hotel. I suspected the quality of the hotel when offered get away deal. So it is not good for a people expecting decent stay
