The balcony faced the beach with unhindered views of the beach and ocean. We also like opening the sliding glass door and you can hear the ocean waves from the living room. Everything was clean and the furniture was in good shape. There was plenty of parking (visited during Spring break). There were some restaurants in walking distance and several a short drive away. We ended up going to the 'Beach House' restaurant 3 times because it was about a 5 minute walk and everything we had was very good. This property has private beach access through the swimming pool area. The pool-side foot wash and shower to rinse the sand off when coming back in from the beach was very helpful. We received e-mails letting us know what to expect, what items were in the condo (so we could hit a grocery store on the way in), and we received the door code prior to arrival at the condo.

Once fixed, this shouldn't be a problem: The sliding glass door does not open unless you lift the side of the door opposite the latch. This could cause children or shorter adults to get trapped on the balcony.

I liked the keyless entry

The twin bed was broken they never came to fix, patio door didn’t lock, faucets dripped, interior was old, internet was terrible, customer service was horrible never came, fans didn’t work, beds were not comfortable. Worst condo I’ve stayed at Orange beach/Gulf shores.
