The location was great. Close to beach, food, stores, etc.

The condition of the unit itself was not worth what we paid. Dirty, broken furniture, broken bathroom fixtures and slow draining tubs, a stove that partially worked, and a sliding door that was virtually unusable. For $1400 per week we expected a little nicer unit to stay in.

I loved that it was clean and affordable! We weren’t right on the beach but you can see it from the balcony and it was a very short walk. Very calm and quiet.

I wish there were more room darkening curtains in the room with the twin beds but besides that it was great.

It was convenient to access the beach. Enough room for us. Plenty of cooking utensils. Like the outside patio area. Pool was clean and peaceful. Washer and dryer was a plus.

Fan was loud and tv didn’t work in the master bedroom. Drain would not close to take a bath in master. Dirty sheets in couch bed. Unit was outdated and so was property. No salt and pepper. Maybe put some sample coffee out to get you going. Internet went in and out, couldn’t find router.

Beautiful place ! Next to the beach, so close to shops and restaurants and many more.

The first bath tub had a large hole in it, the second tub had black mold around the base. I called and sent pics

Not as close to the beach but they didn’t tell us we’d be over a parking garage but we managed (we had a person that had a stroke in April and barely made it to the beach)

Black mold in bathroom, missing back cushions on couch, ceiling fan fixing to fall, hole in tub and didn’t offer any solutions

Excellent place to stay and comfortable and easy access to beach
