1. Čisté povlečení a ručníky, 2. Dvě ložnice, dvě toalety a sprchy, 3. Krásný výhled, prostorná terasa, zeleň, 4. Vybavení starší, ale dostačující, 5. Parkování dobré.

1. Personál absolutně bez zájmu a komunikace (při příjezdu máte dojem, že nejste zváni ani vítáni), 2. Nad ubytováním je restaurace, kde se konají hlučné svatby, 3. Gauč, na kterém se téměř nedá sedět (po používání se hned můžete objednat ke svému ortopedovi a na rehabilitace!), 4. Dost opotřebované vybavení kuchyně, 5. Chybí kávovar (instatní káva, kterou majitel poskytl byla zatuchlá a stará), 6. Není klimatizace, je zde pouze ventilátor (v této dřevěné chazě bylo dost horko).

The location was excellent and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The accomodation was very comfortable and well equipped.

Awesome place to stay in Knysna. I had monkeys on my balcony in the morning. Highly recommend stay here.

A fantastic place to stay in Knysna - up the hill, among nice green trees, with lots of birds singing all around. The view itself was worth the money. The room was spacious with a huge terrace. It had everything to even cook, and an electric heater, which came in handy when it got a bit chilly. Parking is on the street.

The room is very spacious and comfortable in general and the view from The deck is beautiful. However, the pillows are in serious need of an upgrade. They are really cheap and uncomfortable - which does a disservice to the overall experience , which is otherwise very good

The view was nice and the place was really quiet and safe.

There was no DSTV. The desk chair is not very comfortable, that could have been better.

Absolutely stunning set up, feels as if you are in the middle of a forest, not just 5 mins from the N2 and 2 mins drive from the centre of Knysna! The view is spectacular, couldn't get over it! The King cottage had absolutely every appliance you would need, super comfy, clean... Cant fault it at all. An oasis, that made me feel like I was truly escaping everything!

I loved it all... the only thing, if I had to say anything, would be, just to make sure people know, to get that spectacular view, obviously the property is up a few steepish hills...(just incase you dont love hills) - But, really nothing too hectic!
