Very well equipped apartment. Balcony with superb view over the harbour. Agents were good at responding to questions. Lovely welcome pack. Great bath!

We found the bed in the main bedroom quite uncomfortable...think a new mattress is needed. This is all that stopped us giving 10. Fortunately there were only two of us and the other bed was comfy.

There was annual life boat service, and where we was we got to see it all from our balcony. Was lovely

Excellent location, very spacious and well maintained. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and watching the sunset.

The water pressure is low in the main bathroom. The apartment can get too hot in the evening. The pillow cases are too high . Overall it is a lovely apartment.

Duvets far too heavy for summer. I had to remove mine from its cover to use just the cover as a “sheet”. Appeared to be a constant regular intermittent humming in the back bedroom. Poor water pressure in main bathroom

The apartment facilities and location were perfect. Everything was clean and in working order.

I loved this place as soon as I set eyes on it. The balcony was such a great and perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset with a cup of tea or some fizz. We were blown away by the tech and enjoyed the Sonos and the smart TV’s meant we had a great choice of telly and films. The jacuzzi bath was an extra treat to relax our legs and feet after long walks.

Cleanliness could have been better

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The location was perfect and we loved the balcony.

We were unable to use the jacuzzi bath as it hadn't been cleaned properly. We didn't think the cleaning was up to standard in certain areass of the property. This was such a shame because everything else was perfect.

Kitchen Beds and Towels

Shower weak Locked out on first night and couldn’t get in lucky we were in same situ as people in the other flat Had to leave early as pinged to self isolate - phoned several times to let them know and still no contact

Great location, lovely apartment throughout. Very clean and some excellent touches.

The bed (at the front) was not very comfy and the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working. Apart from that, very hard to dislike anything else.

Great location, lovely views from the balcony and easy access to shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds and fitted out will all modern conveniences and tech! Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise.

Unfortunately some things weren’t working during our stay: the jacuzzi bath was out of order, the wine fridge wasn’t working and the SONOS entertainment system needed updating so we were unable to use them. We were also required to strip the beds and put the sheets into laundry bags upon departure.

Location was excellent. Small balcony was a highlight.

There is a major problem with the heating. The guest information needs to say: if it is set to be timed - what are the times? If you need to switch it on outside the times how do you do that? Ditto if you need to switch it off. The cooker is fine but where are the instructions for use? These problems can be remedied either by including information in the guest information or by giving a website URL for the appliances which provides instructions. Also the parking permit situation was fine but the guest instructions suggested we needed a ticket. This needs to be replaced by an assurance that the car is already approved for parking electronically.

Perfect location, beautiful view of Wells Harbour, contemporary hi-tech design interior and facilities. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches in walking distance. They organised and paid for car parking for the duration of our stay. Very helpful. We have already booked again this year.

There is nothing on the negative side to report. If I had to mention anything it would be the lack of coat hangers which is easy to rectify.
