It is located in a quiet street close to the Vatican. It’s easy to get to the bus stops. I walked everwhere (about 1 hour) as I enjoy walking. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was served in a nearby cafe - a delicious cappuccino and a croissant which I exchanged for pizza
At first the internet didn’t work in the room so I complained to the owner and next day everything started working. The bed was a bit slanting.

Location is great. Only about 15 minutes from the entrance to the Vatican Museum, and 10 minutes to the nearest Metro station. A busstop is just around the corner.
Room is clean and in the kitchen you can find cups and cutlery for if you bring food with you.
We had a large room with bathroom.
The was a cupboard, but only for hanging clothes. A few shelves would be great too.
Be aware that breakfast is not really included at this time. You can get breakfast in a bakery nearby (tell them you"re from Rome Center Rioms) and they'll tell you to choose a sweet (croissant f.i) and a coffee. If that amount is higher than €2,50 pp, you have to pay the difference. I had to pay extra each morning, which I don't find 'included'. That was mainly because my 8yo son did not drink coffee (obviously) and I had to order an apple juice for him.

Location.
Very poor instructions from staff. No English. We were told , breakfast was at 0830. We waited until 0910. No show !
I texted and was told, no breakfast here, you go to Cafe. They gave us the wrong name!!! Very poor. We never went for breakfast again. Shocking.

"We likes everything- everything was super clean, soft good towels, clean bedding, excellent water pressure, AC, silent street. Room looked like a classic Italian bedroom. Host was very open! If we wil..."
