The location was excellent. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked really well.
It would be better if the old mattress could be replaced with a new one

Central location above busy shopping centre. Unit was a bit dated but had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy. Air conditioning in each bedroom was a huge bonus and all worked well. 4 bedrooms all with large queen, or possibly king beds, although one bedroom was small and could only fit the bed in it.
Cooking area was in an outside room off the kitchen (secure and off the hallway for airing I'd assume) which was unusual to us, but all the units in the complex were the same. Found a fake eyelash stuck to the wall in the small bedroom, child pointed it out thinking it was an spider, apart from that reasonably clean.

The view the landscape of the room. Everything was perfect.
The parking lot, the exit signboard so small and confusing. Maybe try to put a bigger signboard and arrow to make it easier for the residence to exit.

Affordable rate, prime location, free parking, big beds, room facilities like ironing board and washing machine, courteous host
The beds are aged and you can feel the springs when lying down, tv was broken, no internet, no charging socket by the beds, toilet seat was wobly
