Dies ist unsere Meerblick-Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Sie betreten den ersten Stock und müssen sich keine Gedanken über das Treppensteigen machen. Dies macht Ihren Aufenthalt bequemer, ohne dass Sie Ihre Strandausrüstung die Treppe hinauf und hinunter tragen müssen. Das Gerät hat genug Platz für sieben Personen. Es ist mit einem König in der Master-Suite, König im zweiten Raum und zwei Zwillingen in unserem dritten Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Akzeptiert keine Reservierungen für weniger als eine Woche. Der gesamte Boden ist gefliest, wodurch er für den Sommer kühl und leicht von Sand zu reinigen ist. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

The unit we stayed in had just been updated and the sliding glass door works perfectly! The unit was spotless and the view, as always, was gorgeous! We love going down to the bridge and inlet waters also and got to see a manatee, stingray, and sea turtle while exploring there! We cook dinners, but also enjoyed some delicious seafood at three local restaurants as well. The office staff was extremely polite and helpful! Cant wait to stay again!

We have stayed in this same condo for several years and its condition continues to decline! (While its rental fee increases!) The furnishings are old, drawers of dressers are broken, there is mold visible on walls in bathroom and ceilings, water leaks near front door and back door, it desperately needs paint, rug in living room is filthy (we had a 9 month old crawling around ) and the overall condition is very poor for an expensive oceanfront rental.

Summerhouse is a great location with very friendly people. Beautiful beach. Unit 252 needs a complete update! The master bathroom has a strong odor of urine! Bathroom faucets spray all over the place. Beds need new pillows. The sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open. My 8 and 9 year old grandchildren were unable to open. I feel this is a fire hazard! The screen door also needs replaced or at least new rollers.The electric grill doesn’t work. I have rented this unit for 3 years now and these are the same issues I have put on my survey, with no improvements.

On our last morning we went for a walk on the beach and came back to find that our code to get back in the gate was turned off. We were locked out. This is unacceptable. If you pay to have the unit until 10am then your beach code should work until then.

We loved our unit . The only problems were with the sliding glass door. If you were outside you couldn't open it to get back in the unit . We had to leave a small crack to get out hand through to be able to open it . The other issue was the master bathroom door would not lock. Other than those two things we loved our unit 252.

We have been coming to summerhouse for many years. We’ve stayed in 252 many times as well. I felt the unit was not as clean as it could be and not sure what Covid cleaning was because it didn’t appear to be much. I brought my own cleaning supplies. The sliding glass door is very difficult to open. The vacuum cleaner does not work. Kitchen need hot pads and several plastic bowls had cracks in them. We love the location of the unit and have reserved again for next. Just wish these few things were fixed.

My family enjoyed our stay in unit 252. We had a few things that need attention . The sliding door was very hard to open, maintenance came and oiled it , that didn't help ,the guy said the track and wheels needed to be replaced to correct the problem. The oven in the stove needs some work , we tried to bake cookies and biscuits and they would brown on the top like they were done and be raw in the middle and bottom , probably just the element needs replacing .We did see a few roaches in the kitchen area not a lot , the hall bathroom door would not lock , so we had to keep a watch when someone went in to shower. All in All our stay was great , with the exception of the pool in our area being closed for maintenance , which does happen and can't be helped . Things happen. Summerhouse has a great location and has always been family oriented . The front office staff could use more training in the customer service area . But after speaking with the GM and being told we were not the only ones who had problems in that area , I feel that issue will be addressed by the management and quickly.

Our stay was overall good. We had a few issues , Firstly Sandy in the office was rude to almost all our family upon check in. We were not told of the changes to check in before we arrived, so everyone stopped to check in and get our parking passes, she acted like she was just put upon to get up and let us know the procedure had changed . We had the fan go out on our a.c. but it was repaired in a matter of hours , so not to bad , then in the middle of the night the electricty went off from around 2:30 a.m. until around 12:00 or 1:00 that day we were miserable until we could get up and get the kids outside. We had asked for the bushes in front to be trimmed a little bit last year when we left , since we are paying for an ocean view and would like to sit on our patio and watch the ocean , that did not happen . Other than those things everything was good the unit was in great shape and well supplied . The owners of the unit do a great job in keeping it maintained .

We love Summerhouse but we are having trouble with not being able to see the beach from our beach front condo. I had the same problem but got it resolved but this year no one would listen even though I spoke with the EPA and the county. I also gave them information of who to contact with the EPA to resolve this for the future. The reason we pay more to have a beach front condo is so we can see the beach but the vegetation keeps that from happening. This has been give to the manager so that all the condos on the beach will have a clear view. Hopefully they will do something about it because there is no reason not to according to the EPA. It is a shame that they don't just handle this instead of the customer having to do this and follow up themselves.

Highly recommend , vacation condos(#252,#258) are very clean, roomy,two bathrooms in each, hide a bed in couches(lots of sleeping areas) , plenty of plates,cups, pots,and pans, etc. Pools are heated, and beach only steps away.And most importantly condos were inexpensive. I'm telling you cheaper than a hotel room for 7 days. Family of 10 including my husband and I , was from California and with two condos it was perfect accommodations. Staff was very friendly. This will be our go too every other year. A Blast 👍👍👍

We visited for 9 days over Christmas, leaving on New Years day. The unit was in great shape, and clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the 3bed/2bath layout works well for sharing with family! Very happy to see several good quality patio chairs. Dining table seats 8 which is nice, and the living room furniture is very comfy and the TV is huge! Proximity to pool is a big plus. :)

Once again my family rented unit 252 for our Family reunion. We have rented this unit many times. It has been continually dirty. By that I mean dusty and dirty baseboards, dusty lamp shades and ceiling fans. Crawling insects and cobwebs in the corners. There are splatters on kitchen cabinet doors and the tile throughout needs a deep clean. I have hoped it would improve over the years but it has not. We like the location and that it’s a 3 bedroom but at this point may find another unit for next year. Price is now $3000 a week which is hard to stomach. Spoke with Diana in the office about the issues and she was very concerned and said she would take a look and work on it. Not sure much can be done if the owner won’t comply. Except take it out of the rental pool. We’ve been coming to summerhouse for 25 years and will continue to do so.

We loved our ocean front unit 252. The only downside was the bushes in front was blocking the view of the ocean from the patio unless you were standing up. The whole point of ocean front is the view of the beach and ocean . I am a morning person and love to have my coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean . Having to standup was definitely not a good expierence . We did ask to have the bushes slightly trimmed to allow us to see the view and it never happened . Other than that our stay was definitely enjoyable. WE love Summerhouse and have been coming for about 30 years.
