We have rented this home 3 straight years while in Palm Beach playing in a baseball tournament. It has everything that we need & allows us to have 6 or 7 players in one location. The owners made a big improvement this year by adding a roof over a large section of the pool area creating needed shade as well as a place to be outside even in bad weather. Alex is always responsive should any issue arise. We look forward to returning next November.

We were looking for a house to hose multiple family members over Thanksgiving. We have a lot of small children so a pool was key. The house layout was perfect for watching the kids play in the pool and get snacks at the outside area or the kitchen which was right inside. The owners were also very communicative.

This was an amazing property! The owner and manager were extremely responsive to any and all concerns and requests. Every amenity we could think of was readily available. We are extremely clean people and this property measured up to our fanatical standards. We plan to rent again whenever we travel to the area. We originally booked another location in Siesta Keys Florida but unfortunately had our reservations canceled due to Hurricane Idalia. After arriving to Florida and driving almost 18 hours, we were so exhausted and had no where to stay at the time of arrival. After searching for another place that was out of the hurricanes path, we came across this Gem! Absolutely loved everything about the home! The house was extremely clean, and spacious for our family of 5. The pool and theater room was just amazing! It was completely well stocked with all the amenities needed! Washer and dryers…(yes the house has 2 dryers) was extremely great especially since the kids were in the pool almost every day and we also visited the beach which was only 12 minutes driving. Washing clothes was definitely needed and was super easy and fast thanks to that! Overall Alex was a great Host and was more than accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and will be back again for our next Vacay! They redeemed our Family Vacation and saved the day!!! Thanks for everything Alex!!🙏

Hurricane Ian blew up original plans, so booked this VRBO. A very nice property, the pool/spa is awesome. Very well appointed with kitchenware/spices, excellent linens, towels, and comfortable beds. Laundry, chairs, and some pool floats. We had a couple hiccups like with any property accommodating 11 in our case. The Host was very responsive and did what he could including increasing our spa hours when it rained on us for several days.

Beautiful property with room for everyone. We had our immediately family down along with some friends for a surprised 40th for the wife. House and grounds were well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes for complete meals, with a variety of spices and utensils. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the PBI, the beach and West Palm Beach. Had a couple of questions and property manager response was within a couple minutes every time. Would defniitely rent again.

Fabulous home, setup and comfort. We didn’t want to leave. Perfect for spring training trips, pool by day and games at night. Beds are very comfortable, layout of bedrooms in house is perfect. We will be back GO ASTROS!!

The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay there very much - so roomy and very well equipped. Check in was easy. Large bathrooms with great showers and towels galore for both the bathrooms and the pool. Wonderful linens and pillows on the beds. The kitchen was the best equipped of any short-term rental we've ever used and we have used many. Even the knives were sharp! And the pool area - we just can't say enough good things about it. Lots of loungers, chairs and tables both for sunning and in the shade. And finally, Alex, the owner responsiveness to even the smallest problem was phenomenal. For ex. a new Keurig showed up in the pm after we mentioned the old one was not working properly. This was a great place to stay while we explored the Palm Beach area.
It is even more beautiful, spacious, clean, and stocked than what the photos show. There wasn’t a thing missing or a way to make anything better. FULLY stocked kitchen. Again, nothing could have changed to make our stay better. Simply perfect!

We really enjoyed this property. Very clean with excellent communication. Plenty of supplies including towels, soaps, and plenty of patio furniture. The pool was a nice size, heated just right and was very clean along with the hot tub. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Palm Beach was very relaxing! The house accommodations were perfect for all 5 couples. The men especially enjoyed watching super bowl on the large TV! We loved lounging around the pool and hot tub!. The only thing we would change is the pool water was not warm enough. Thank you Alex for a great vacation!

Home was easy to find and close to everything. Host left a note and chocolates for us upon arrival. Very thoughtful! Bedrooms were great. One bedroom had two beds, but second bed was squeaky and unusable. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and enjoyable. No beach chairs but found towels, coolers, and umbrella in back. Overall, we would definitely rent the property again! - k

House had everything we needed & more. Inside is well kept . The at home movie theater was loved by all. My suggestion, to make the outside as great as the inside, would be to update the patio furniture. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub (they both were great) but we had a few days where the wildlife left us some gifts in the pool. Another suggestion would be to erect a fence around the pool to keep the wild life out or a small skimmer (house did have skimmer but a large one not so easy to use in shallow part of pool)so the gifts could be easily taken out. We rented this house for college move in week and it was a perfect location for that. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great stay for a group of colleagues attending a conference at the convention center. Commute less than 10 minutes. Terrific communication with the hosts. Very clean house that is set up nicely for a group. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having things like detergent, shampoo, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. already stocked.

Paradise
This place was absolutely amazing! The house had everything you needed and more. Alex was very quick to respond to any of our questions and made us feel so welcome in his home. Our kids cried when we had to leave “paradise”. We drove 11 hours to this home for our vacation and it was worth every penny and mile. We will definitely be back!

A Little Bit of Paradise!!
I can not say enough good things about this rental! The hosts were the most gracious, easy to work with, that I have ever had the pleasure to rent from! They were responsive and accommodating, even allowing us in early so we could run errands prior to the house being available after their cleaning service left. And clean they did- the house was spotless!
No detail was left unnoticed! The house is fully equipped to host a large group of people who love to cook! From the fully equipped kitchen to the hibachi grill, we only left the property to eat for fun rather than necessity.
The bedrooms are large (the master suites pillow top was heaven!), the bathrooms are plenty, and there were a number of good fun fights over the massage chair.
The best part of the home is the island oasis in the back. The pool and patio were amazing!! We had a hard time getting the kids out of the pool at night!
I can not say enough good things about this rental! If they’ll have us back, we will be frequent visitors!!!

Comfortable and spacious.
We traveled to the West Palm Beach area for Cardinal baseball games. We like that central location for spring games. The place being close to I 95 gave us great access to games and several other activities in the area.
We arrived with directions from the host on how to get into the place. The place was clean, had some supplies that were unexpected which made cooking easy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We travel with other couples in the family so we enjoyed the space and privacy. We spent our mornings and evenings around the pool where there were comfortable chairs for reading and relaxation with a little sunshine.
I used the VRBO app for messaging to reach out to Alex when needed and got a quick response.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place! The hosts did a great job communicating with us when we asked questions about various things throughout our stay. Very responsive which is critical when just in case you have any issues (which we did not). The rooms were clean & the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Really enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool area during the day & watching television in the theater room at night. A wonderful month in Fl, escaping the winter in NY
We are in our 70’s and had occasional guests our age and also our adult children and our young grandchildren. Plenty of room and bedrooms, an ample, heated swimming pool, lots of TV’s including a projection 7’x10’, host was very responsive. Everybody liked the massage chair and the large kitchen/family area.

Family Time
We spent a week with our 4 children and each of their significant others. The size of the house and pool area was perfect for us. We had dinner guests a couple of nights and had as many as 12 people comfortably seated around the table. We found the house neat and clean with everything we needed available in the house. Alex was very responsive every time I had a question.

Thanksgiving get-away for extended family
We enjoyed our time here with extended family (10 guests, ages 7-73). Just minutes away from the interstate, downtown, airport, and beaches made for an ideal location. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone; theater was great for movies and sports! Kitchen and dining room worked beautifully for our home-cooked Thanksgiving meal. Communicating with Alex was super easy. Everyone is looking forward to possibly returning next year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.
