This is a nice unit in a great location and we have stayed here in the past. We greatly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the beach and had many happy hours there. The privacy of this unit is also very appealing, being on the corner and away from most of the others. Island Vacation Properties is always pleasant to work with as well. We had a really great time trying to soak up some the last of Anna Maria's Old Florida atmosphere before it is destroyed by the politicians, developers, and of course the franchises which will follow. The changes are already underway and it is a bittersweet time to visit, but this little island is still lovely in its beauty and peacefulness. We have many sweet memories from many years right here on Anna Maria. We hope to make more.

This was our 4th time staying at an Island Vacation Property and, AS ALWAYS, we had an amazing time! Clean and comfortable condo with covered parking! Quiet and serene, steps to the beach. Everything within reach. Amazing, continuous and friendly communication with Island Vacation Properties. Now, that's a vacation, when one doesn't have to worry about a thing. We love especially this part of the island, though any location on AMI is amazing, really! Everything is close! We love taking beach walks to the nearest restaurant (from this condo, it's a 15 minute leisure walk to Gulf Drive Cafe ~ lovely place with seating right on the beach) but if you must drive, it's never a long drive to anywhere on the island. Can't go wrong with any Island Vacation Property, and the beach front ones are especially amazing because you can't get any closer to the ocean! Paradise!Our stay at this condo was during Hurricane Idalia. Management was in constant communication about the changing conditions and updates. The island had to evacuate for a couple of days. Island Vacation Properties took care of us! We came home feeling great about our vacation, despite Mother Nature's wrath on Florida.

Unit is nicely furnished. Balcony doors still haven’t been fixed to balcony. Towels and bed linens are terrible. They are tough and scratchy. Traffic noise is definitely an issue as others have reviewed. I used a sound machine and could still hear the road noise. The view from the balcony is limited to what’s in front of you but I believe they account for that on the price.

Very nice accomodations, great location, view is increadible in the mornings and evenings for the sunset. The property is well kept and was very nice when we arrived. Kitchen was well maintained and stocked with cooking needs and the occasional blended cocktail. Will return in the future.

Came to visit family, the condo was lovely & had everything we needed. Screen doors off master need attention but we didn’t use that little balcony. Location on the beach was beautiful but the road noise was really loud by the pool & can be heard in the bedroom. Our favorite place was the gulf front balcony- beautiful views. Overall a really great place to stay!

Unit was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the screen porch and great views. Only half of the sliding glass doors opened which was a bit of a bummer, but still got a nice breeze. The pool was clean and warm, and the complex was well-maintained and inviting. Overall a great place to stay!

Property exactly as described. The only negative about this property is the busy Gulf Drive right beside. Everything else was great. The property management company was very responsive and available at all times. Awesome views of the Gulf and great location in the middle of AMI.

This is a cute unit with lots of great things about it. It is located beautifully on the beach, in a smaller condo building, on the south corner, upstairs. It is far enough away from the crowded north end of the island and the views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular! The unit is clean and the bed is comfortable, the linens are plentiful and clean, if not soft. (think hospital linens) There is parking underneath the building and the walk to the beach is a few steps down the stairs and onto the sand....perfect! There is one negative that will likely be a deal breaker for us in considering this unit in the future. The sliding doors to the patio are supposed to open completely to the left and right. The right side has a note on it to not open more than halfway due to being not level and presumably unable to be fixed. This will cause it to come off the track if opened. The left side door has no note on it but is obviously no longer level and in danger of coming off of the top track. This is only a matter of time if the issue is not addressed. When this door goes, it will be a catastrophe, particularly if someone is on the patio when it happens. We love so many things about the condo and it is a real shame that the owner/condo manager cannot get these doors fixed so that they are safe and in good working order. Otherwise, a great trip to a wonderful island. Sad to look for a new place to stay.

So beautiful. The island is the best kept secret. We have been coming to this island for the last 15 years. Only time we missed was because of covid restrictions! The condo was very comfortable and the best part was the view from the balcony. We would walk early every morning up the beach. We saw baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. Dolphins swimming in the ocean. Manatees just cruising past. Doesn’t get much better than that. The condo has everything you need. Great location parking and just close to the trolley bus to get around the island. Can’t wait to come back.

We love this condo, it is the 3rd time staying here. We do wish they had a king-size bed though! There is plenty of room for one! Pool is wonderful. The beach chairs in the storage closet were old and rusty and we ended up renting chairs and an umbrella for the beach. So that was an extra $85 Condo floors could have been cleaner. The bottoms of your feet were pretty dirty after walking across the floor.

Island Vacation Propertis as usual was great to work with, however upon arrival at this place, we lost electricity for 4 hours! Then again the next night WHILE I had my Cpap machine on for sleep awful experience My husband is a master and Journeymen electrician, he looked at the main breaker and said severe corrosion and safety hazard An electrician came (nice guy) said new breaker would be ordered to come by Monday never was fixed while we were there also, WiFi didn’t work the first 5 days a box was sitting there Ftom May 5 by the TV shipped to owner never was installed our daughter needed to finish her French minor final for graduation from college could not no WIFI Took her to Bradenton library for 4 hours Place itself needs a color change on walls in my opinion I felt like the baby blue was more for a baby boy’s bedroom something in atmqua perhaps? Like the master bedroom Kitchrn lacks a few basics A stock pot , no cookie sheet, or a pan to make brownies or a cake Oretty bare that way Partial obstructed view of the gulf on the right side of patio This sure wasn’t in the description For all our trouble and TROUBLE SHOOTING this condo? Everything was great with the condo, but expected to be contacted earlier about checking in. Didn’t hear anything from them happened to catch the maid leaving and she let us in around 3:30. I know check in is around 4:00. Still didn’t hear anything from anyone, which I thought was strange. The shower door didn’t work properly , the screen doors off the bedroom also didn’t work. Other than that the place was great.

This place is more beautiful in person than in the photos. The owners have the place decorated beautifully and it is very comfortable! The only thing that could make it better would be a king size bed in the master as there is plenty of room for it. Other than that, I would not change anything!

Condo smelled fresh and clean. Bedding was in very good condition. Floors need a good scrubbing-mop, not with just a swifter. Our feet were very dirty from the floor. Kept socks or slippers on.
