We enjoyed our visit to Sebastian and our stay at Patio Paradise. The house was centrally located between the two areas we were visiting, Melbourne and Vero Beach. We enjoyed the beaches in both. We were surprised how NOT dog friendly the beaches were, but we did find one in Melbourne that was. We also found a great (in her home) doggie day care through Rover.com, named Theresa. Made going places without him a lot easier. The house was definitely dog friendly with a great fenced in back yard for playing. The house was well maintained and very well equipped. All the necessary supplies were there. Plenty of room to spread out if you want to. (We never even used the dining or living room.) Everything was very clean, and I'm a clean freak, so I'm not always easy to please. The neighborhood was quiet, and right off the main thoroughfare, so that was nice. Communication with Eddie was great. He responded quickly and was very helpful. My grown son went Scuba diving from West Palm Beach and had a great time. We did some of the trails at Pelican Island and really enjoyed that. We also did a few antique shops and malls and got some great treasures. If you stay at Patio Paradise, I'm sure you'll have fun too.

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants, beaches, golf or anything you want to do. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Everything was as described. Eddie the manager was great. Big backyard with fence for dog. Would definitely return.

Suited our needs

Check-in was great. Eddie texted the day before that the house would be ready early so we could come earlier if we wanted. The house had everything listed and was convenient to everything. I will definitely look stay here again when we come back to the area.

We choose this house because we were looking for a clean and spacious place and it really met our expectations. We came to this area because my husband was having a hip surgery at Cleveland Clinic and it was a perfect place to recover. The neighborhood was peaceful with almost no traffic. The recommendations for restaurants were excellent. The manager was very helpful and attentive.

I only gave 4-Stars for listing accuracy because the listing states "Coffee Maker" and "Satellite/Cable" and when I asked the owner what type of coffee maker and is it satellite or cable, he told me to check the listing, as it is there. It is not. The coffee make is a Keurig (note that ONLY Keurig pods can be used; and it is Cable, not Satellite. Great spot to stay, close to everything, to include museums, beaches, restaurants, botanical gardens, etc. The neighbors are friendly and nice. People need to understand that cutlery along with pots and pans should not be placed in the dishwasher as to not ruin them - there were many knives that are in bad shape because of the dishwasher, as is one of the frying pans. The only down side, was the bistro table and chairs on the patio - we couldn't use them as they are completely rusty and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have that option to sit outside to eat. Eddie is a great host!!! We will definitely return!

Very nice property, conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, parks and other services. The house was clean with plenty of room for a larger group of say 4-6 people. The host was easy to communicate with and was prompt to respond to any questions we may have had at any time. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Sebastian.

Our stay in Sabastian was a great experience. The home had everything we wanted for our stay. Room sizes were very nice with a large master bedroom and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks again

We were looking for a place where my mother could stay while my grandparents were quarantined with Covid. The property manager was very accommodating and flexible. We had a little trouble navigating the televisions but he spent time speaking with my mom directly and navigating her through the technology. The house was roomy and clean and very comfortable. We were able to bring our for babies with us the pet fee was reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home was perfect for our month in FL! Spotlessly clean and well equipped, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, who enjoyed chasing geckos! Eddie was communicative and helpful…..would definitely stay again!

This house is clean and the layout was great for 3 couples and 3 dogs. The main area of the house has 2 good sized seating areas with comfy couches. The kitchen is open and there are 2 tables for games, gathering, eating. The screened in porch and fenced in backyard were perfect for our dogs. The yard was clean (no leftover dog poop). The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house (2 bedrooms share 1 small bath on one side and the master is on the other side with its own large bath) which was nice for privacy. We appreciated all the extra towels, linens and blankets. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything appeared clean and new. House has a garage which we were able to use and appreciated. The nightly rate was a great value but be prepared to pay the fees (dog, damage, cleaning, service) plus taxes. Host Eddie was very responsive and professional. Overall, this house suited our needs for holiday overflow Guests: clean, dog friendly, good location and bed/bath needs.
