We had a wonderful stay as a group of 8. Check-in was very clear and the space was clean and organized. Cara was very responsive before, during and at check-out. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach!

The listing and pictures absolutely lived up to the hype. The location was perfect, making everything walking accessible. House was clean and check-in was easy. Will be looking to stay here again for our next visit to Belmar.

This house is perfect, a block from the beach & local entertainment. It is clean, beds are comfortable, some hangers, plenty of pillows, comfy couches in two separate living rooms & a fully stocked kitchen. The second fridge & washer & dryer upstairs came in handy. The shower pressure was good and water stayed hot while many of us showered. We enjoyed the fire pit and spacious outside areas. From the front porch to side balcony to backyard. Parking for 5 but can easily hold 7. I can go on and on, the owner was quick to respond and very kind. We lucked out! I would rent this house again and recommend it to anyone. AC worked perfectly.

This beautiful home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The back patio was private with a grill, hammock , firepit , seating, and a table for outdoor dining. Only a short walk to the beach and the property has parking for 5 cars which is really a convenience!

Our stay included 2 families both with a 4 year old. The kids loved the toys upstairs, the wagon was a hit as well as the scooters!
The house was clean, great walking distance to the beach and loved hanging out in the side yard after a day at the beach! We will definitely be back again!

Had a great week at the little Belmar house! Amply stocked, so close to the beach and badges provided. Great eating space outdoors and indoors. Belmar beach is really underrated and we will absolutely be back!

The house is great for up to about 8 people. Great parking, very accessible backyard, very close to the beach. Bedrooms are a little small, but the beds are comfortable.

All the things and the location is perfect!!
They have thought of every detail. This is perfect for kids. Location to the beach and downtown are awesome. We walked to both. Will be back next Summer again!

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach/coastal decor sets the mood right away. Highlights were the private patio and the short walk to the beach. We had one small problem upon arrival which was quickly addressed by the owner. Overall a great experience.

The home was exactly as described, very cute Jersey shore home with two separate living areas and a great yard. The house is positioned well off the street which offers nice driveway parking. It's situated in a great area of Belmar, a block off the beach and easily walkable to Main Street restaurants and shops.
The owners were great, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to ensure that the stay was comfortable. They even hand delivered an emergency generator after a hurricane knocked out power!

Fantastic Beach Rental!
We had a great time- the location can’t be beat and the house was super family friendly! Great side yard for relaxing / BBQ and for the kids to play in and lots of space inside. The owners were super easy to communicate with and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay-even a stocked cabinet of games for a rainy day. Would 100% return for another stay!!

Convenient family friendly spot in Belmar!
The hosts were very communicative, accommodating and overall nice from our first interaction with them - highly recommend. The house itself is plenty large for a family with plenty of space both inside and out. For those rainy days board games are even provided! Aside from the clean, bright accommodations the house’s best feature is its location - just steps from the beach! All that along with substantial off-street parking make this a must-book. We will be back.

Amazing house!
We stayed at Cara’s property over Christmas and it couldn’t have been better! The owners went the extra mile and provided us with some Christmas decor which was much appreciated. The house was absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to come back. Check-in was easy as was check-out, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the house is immaculate. If you’re considering renting this property, do it!
