Tutto perfetto! Posizione strategica per visitare tutti i posti incantevoli limitrofi e le spiagge più belle del Sinis! Gabriele, persona gentilissima, mette a disposizione un appartamento con tutti i comfort e sembra di stare a casa, non mancando nulla! Grazie e speriamo di ritornare presto!

Very well equipped - there was an iron but we could not find ironing board

The mattress was too soft for us - but this is a personal choice.

Close to a big road and roundabout (honking cars)

Absolutely lovely! The location is perfect - near grocery store, petrol station and town center, and still totally quiet at night. The apartment offers everything you might wish for, and Gabriele was the perfect host, 100% helpful.

Good communication before arrival. Timely check-in.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Less than 10 minutes walk into Oristano and it’s many bars, shops and restaurants/ Central location for spending time in Oristano and discovering the surrounding area- several good beaches the nearest only 15 minutes drive- Super kitchen and sitting/dining area- Spacious and ideal for a couple - good air conditioning and private parking- Gabriel had thought of everything and there were supplies of condiments/tea/coffee capsules and we were told to use whatever we needed-thoughtful touches with chocolate on the bedside tables and small vanity kit in bathroom- Gabriel was the perfect host and always just a message away if we needed anything. There is also a very large Conad less than 5 minutes drive in a shopping centre that has a fantastic selection of food and drinks. wouldn’t look for another property if I return to Oristano - recommend 100%- it was the best equipped property we’ve ever rented.

Easy communication with the host. Comfortable, spacious and modern flat in central Oristano with private parking. The flat is super equipped for kitchen, entertainment, laundry... great housing option for a family.
