Breakfast was included but not to our taste. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was cozy.
I would have preferred the bathroom to be closer to the bedroom, not at the back of the property. To get to the bathroom you had to enter through the owners kitchen. And if there were other guests staying, you would have to share.

So much space! It would be perfect if you have a longer stay. It was very warm and comfortable. A comfy bed as well.
The breakfast provided was plenty for us. It is on the main street in Yass so great location, but it was still quiet.
Good communication from the host re access.

Loved the history of the building combined with sympathetic decor. Also loved the quiet bedroom and comfortable bed.
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Great location with parking on the street right outside and our own front door so we could come and go easily.
It's unusual going through the hosts' kitchen to reach the bathroom but our hosts provided guest bathrobes and once they'd cooked dinner, disappeared from the kitchen so we had privacy. No worries at all.

Room was comfortable but not enough information provided on how far away the bathroom was situated though we did know it was not an ensuite.
Location was go for access to places to ear dinner.
Breakfast provisions were adequate but the owner needs to check the food regulations regarding already opened milk,
Butter and condiments expected to be shared by previous and subsequent visitors. I believe this is not to standard.
