The location was perfect!

The stairs that went from our deck to the beach were literally cut off by the handyman on our 2nd day of our stay. I called Vacasa to let them know and absolutely nothing was done. To access the beach we had to walk all the way around the building and use the local dune access path. This was inconvenient as I recently had surgery and walking is a chore. The bathroom shower needs attention. The bar in the shower is all rusty and I cut my finger on it. Good thing I just had a tetanus shot!

The location is awesome . Beachfront home sliding doors open up to back porch that leaves you right on the beach.

Deck lights don't work

Ok this is the thing that prevented me from eating everything excellent and it’s a sore point.I locked myself out of the property in the middle of the day in November. Stupid of me but people make mistakes. It took me 7 hours to get back in necessitating an after hours call to a locksmith. I called the Agency as soon as it happened but no one was available to help for awhile. There was also no extra key at the local rental office for mistakes like these. People do this at other places all the time. I believe I was also charged for this. When I was helped in the evening everyone was helpful though. I’ve been wanting to talk to someone about this. I wish the host and agency were prepared for mistakes like these.

Open, airy layout. Beautiful oceanfront property. Quiet and relaxing area

Instructions on how to operate TVs would have been nice. We couldn't figure them out

The condo had not been cleaned, there was only air conditioning in the kitchen. We were supposed to have two bedrooms there was only one. There was supposed to be a washer / dryer but there wasn't. Sorry this is what we didn't like.

The view and a easy access to the beach. Ocean Villa 7 is a walkout condo, and the dunes and Atlantic Ocean are steps from the rear deck. The deck itself might be the best aspect of this incredible unit, though.

The only air conditioner is located at the front of the unit, so you have to employ a series of fans to get the cool air back to the large oceanfront living room.

Great location with easy access to the beach. The deck out back was great for watching the ocean and just chilling.

The air conditioner was loud and not real effective. The bathroom does not have a fan so it streams up fast.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. Loved being able to have the back door open and hear the ocean all day. Location is far enough north (and maybe it was just late enough in the year) that the beach wasn't very crowded.

Looks like the listing has been updated since our stay, but the photos that I was viewing before booking was not what I found on arrival. Rooms were very crowded with furniture and difficult to move around. No air conditioner other than a small window unit in the front room/kitchen area.

Fantastic view from the deck. Easy access to the ocean. Proximity to nice restaurants.

Air condition is very loud and does not serve the bedroom, so no air goes to the bedroom. It was hard to sleep. If AC could be updated it would make a big difference.

The villa was beautiful, nicely upgraded with top notch appliances, electronics and air conditioning systems; it made us feel like we were home which is awesome and we will be staying again soon! The view is amazing!

When we first arrived to the location we had a hard time getting the lock to work with the code provided so we had to call vacasa to see what was going on. Also two glass slats on the front door weren't there so it didn't make us feel comfortable to leave stuff in the kitchen area so we had to hang a towel on the inside of the door to block the view to the outside. The toilet paper holder was practically falling off of the wall and one side of the sliding door screen leading to the deck area was completely off the track and kept falling off everytime we put it back on. Finally, the bathroom was a little small.
