location is perfect, rive gauche is a central but quite district, it’s close to Notre Dame. Great bakery in the next building, you can buy baguette for breakfast there.
I would recommend moving one table closer to the window and have breakfast with a nice view
Boulevard St Germaine is great beautiful street with shops and restaurants.
Also apartment is really large, two separate bedrooms perfect for family with kids or two friends.
There is all necessary equipment: hairdryer, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher etc
It’s not a usual air bnb polished apartment, furniture and all the design is quite outdated. for me it was fine but you should know what to expect.
there is no key locker so you should text when you’re arriving and a person will meet you with the keys.
It can be a bit noisy as it’s first floor and windows are facing a busy street.

location was fantastic, good facilities, good size rooms, good storage cabinets
uncomfortable beds and pillows, very very noisy as on Main Street, not enough toilet paper
