PIANO HOTEL

Great location with easy access to lots of great eateries and walkable distance to the metro. Quiet room and simple design makes it easy to relax. A/C works okay and hot water works well. Staff are nice and helpful particularly Oanh at the front desk. Cost value pretty good. I would definitely return for a short stay in Saigon.

Only one key card provided so a little inconvenient if fellow travelers want to do different things. Wish there were glasses in the room, but I think if we asked they would provide. Towels are a little scratchy. No tissues in room. Wifi cuts off intermittently. Still a place I would not hesitate to return!

Very helpful staff and it’s in a good location with almost everything within walking distance.

The room was smaller than expected but space is tight and premium in Ho Chi Minh City

Excellent receptionist who looked after our every need...thank you! Comfy room, if a little small, with excellent a/c and en suite. Excellent location in quiet street near the centre with fantastic 'sreet food' restaurant (Bep Me In...Mama's Kitchen with a Twist) two doors away opposite a craft beer bar!

NOTHING!

After a bad experience at another stay called Ben Thanh Hideaway - A Cozi Stay, I decided to move to Piano Hotel back again after a year. Very happy with that decision. This hotel lies perfectly to all the places I want to go and all the necessary facilities are within three minutes by foot. Oanh is an amazing host. Very helpful and friendly and I was happy to meet Oanh after a year again. The rooms I’ve had are perfect, the location is excellent and the price for this hotel is absolutely reasonable.
