This accommodation was in an ideal location to walk to the centre of Lyme Regis, either by road or by the banks of the River Lyme. It only takes about 15 minutes to so, but the walk by the river is very tranquil.
The property has a spacious lounge and kitchen area which has lovely views of the surrounding neighbourhood. It is comfortable, relaxing and is well provided with seating and other requisites.
The bedroom is light and airy and has a very comfortable bed and more than sufficient storage space.
The bathroom is well equipped with an electric shower, in a large cubicle.
The hosts live above the apartment so on hand if there was an extra need. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.
Parking is on the street and permitted by a virtual parking permit arranged by the hosts.
We had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful apartment, colours were lovely and very comfortable. Great selection of tea, coffee etc and nice touch with the chocolate and chocolates by the bed and the biscuits

Good location, out of the town centre. A short walk into town (15 mins) along the river path - really beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Well designed property. Kind owners. Good communication.

Very well placed to explore the area. Good for a couple without a car. Very pleasant hosts who let us in early which was very helpful. Flat was very clean and well presented.. lots of thoughtful touches .. colourful interior. Obviously a lot of effort and thought has gone into the apartment.
A very up to date cooker in situ which wasn't easy ( for us) to operate. Simplified instructions would have helped?
.. there was another smaller oven .. however we didn't intend to cook much so not a huge problem.
Sorry but we found the foam type topping on the bed just didn't suit us ... and the pillows rather firm.

Very good accomodation, location and host. would advise elderly or people with mobility problems, quite a few steps lead up to front door
Would have been nice to know when booking through booking.com that smoking wasn’t aloud on the patio areas. We are aware that smoking isn’t aloud indoors. However we did enjoy sitting out on the patio

The host was onsite when we arrived. The accommodation was excellent and in a very good location.

On arrival there was coffee,tea,sugar & biscuits. All you needed for washing up & cleaning if needed. Hair dryer,iron washing machine. Just in case box containing first aid,deodorant,shampoo/conditioner.The added touches were a bonus,a flask,containers to take a picnic. Basics that would get you through.

A hot water bottle was provided but it leaked in the bed on the first night.

The apartment was in a perfect location with a pleasant 10 minute walk by the river into Lyme Regis. It was spotlessly clean, had good convenient parking and had all the facilities we needed. There had been a lot of care and attention to detail given to the apartment by the hosts. Christina and Dave were also very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay in cosy little town. Apartment had everything and more than we needed. Modern and clean. The milk in the fridge on arrival was one of many nice little extras. Christina was a welcoming host. Very clean.

Very comfortable and well equipped with sunny garden. Everything you might need was provided and the accommodation was exceptionally clean and up to date. Very pleasant flat with friendly hosts and within a short walk of Lyme Regis seafront and High Street.
