Great location, right in the center, with everything easily accessible. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed regularly. We really enjoyed the lovely surroundings with lots of greenery — it makes the hotel feel very cozy and peaceful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back!

I had a lovely stay at The Palms. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, with a gorgeous pool and lots of greenery. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. The location is also very convenient, close to many great cafés, restaurants and everything Canggu has to offer. I would definitely recommend it!
Nothing in particular.

Lovely hotel! Brilliant location. Room was nice enough and pool area was clean and well kept. Staff were amazing, we lost some personal belongings in a taxi one night and the staff went so out of their way to help us locate it even tho we were unsuccessful it was by no fault of them!
Nothing!
