Great place to stay.

The property was better than I expected. Was close to Publix, Target and Chickfil A.Very nice neighborhood pool overlooking a lake. Everything was provided and we will go back in a heartbeat. The owner was easy to reach, and very polite. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen…well I would love that in my house. All your needs for a relaxing vacation or short visit is provided…Thank you for a great time for our family to all stay, eat and be together.Vicki

Wonderful house for our long weekend trip to Tampa.

The location, being able to see the sun rise every morning, was wonderful. The listing said there was a hot tub, one of the main things we were looking for, there was NO hot tub. When I pointed this out to the owner he said, yea he had heard that before, I even showed him the listing. The pool was great, nice and warm! There was a small lattice type fence panel that was down on the ground that I showed the owner( I was concerned about being able to get into the back yard with it down) apparently it has been down since the last storm. A few days later, a large German shepherd type dog showed up in the back yard and scared/startled us, from that point on when we were outside, we were always a little wary.Lastly, the washer/dryer all in one machine took literally 6 hours to wash and dry a load of cloths. The house itself was very nice and close to the very busy Tampa airport.
