Paying damage deposit before entering despite waiting with 2 kids who were asleep in arms.

Property is overall clean and tidy.

Be careful. They would charge you deposit with credit card right away instead of holding on a deposit of credit limit before your stay. After checked out, we were told that there was one towel missing. We did not even stay overnight. Booking the room was just for luggage storage only and who would take this thousand-used towel. They said they have evidence but never be proven.

It was in a convenient location and the apartment was clean and neat

We had a few power cuts and services such as luggage handling were not available

Hard Finding the apartment so not what we were looking for in a 8 hours transfer between flights. For longer stays these would be a nice spot.

We got to sleep there for 2 hrs and that’s it

The address is wrong, says Terminal 2 when it’s the apartment 3. We got there before midnight, we entered the place at 2am. We were wondering around the building looking for the apartment, not knowing what’s the apartment. People around (even people that guard the building) had no idea about this place, neither the address. They didn’t even speak English, we lost 2 hrs just trying to find the apartment. And we were right there, just the number they have announced is wrong. And they have to understand that foreigners don’t have a phone to call just like that and ask. So we had to pay to some person to give us the phone to call. At the end my husband got in touch and they finally explained that is a wrong apartment written in booking. Not a nice experience for us!

The apartment was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable.

Getting to the apartment was a total nightmare. Prior to my arrival, I had texted the owner on several occasion to see if they could have someone pick me up at the airport and take me to the apartment as I had with hotels in both Cairo and Aswan. The owner ignored my request. Once at the Cairo airport, I took a taxi who could not find the address. I had to finally call the owner for directions to give to the driver. We had to go around the airport twice and my driver charged me extra. Once at the address I had to call the owner again to open the door to the main entrance of the apartments. I was traveling solo so I'm really glad this happened during the day and not late at night. The owner later texted me after my stay that there would have been a $10 charge for a pick up at the airport. I would have gladly paid it if I had known about it prior to my arrival!

We were.in a transit to Luxor. This was very close to airport. Nice decor. Clean and comfortable.

Slight issue with WiFi but that was sorted out in a few hours.

You have to pay the deposit before you will get keys which is not standard to pay deposit for a rental apartment in Europe. But it is clearly describe on Booking.com website. No worries, the deposit will be returned to your banking card after stay.

big apartment and comfortable, only 10 min from the airport 50 pound/less than one euro with uber

as we stayed only one night and couldn’t buy it our self would appreciate some laundry detergent

It would have been nice to have just had a hold out in my credit card for the deposit so that we did not have to get staff to come and refund cash at midnight.

More English speaking channels on the tv.There was only one English channel.but the apartment was exceptional

- Spacious apartment - Clean - Very friendly host. - Can highly recommend to ask the tour guide Bob to drive you from the airport to the location. Getting to know him during our stay ended up as a key highlight of our trip.

- It's a bit strange that we're asked to throw our own trash before leaving. - It's also strange to be asked to "leave the apartment as clean as possible". - There's an overload of information being provided by the host through the booking.com chat, which makes it hard to progress when you're on the go, stressed with commuting, and need to do this on your phone. It would be much better if they sent you a neatly organized PDF with all the info you need, highlighted with the most important to-dos.

A very comfortable and clean place to stay overnight near the airport.
