The location is great for bars and restaurants but still very quiet, everything that you would need is provided for your use. The place is very clean and well kept, The apartment is spacious and light, the view from the large terrace is beautiful.
You can walk 20 yards and swim in the sea.
By no means a criticism, as the place is just great.
A little bit more usage instruction on some of the items would be helpful. Such as the Aircon units, there are 3 in the property. The washing machine and dishwasher too, whilst both quite standard in their operation, ( not everyone can read Greek) .
Also so many consumables are provided , I did not know what to feel free to use and to replace. I.E. tissues, bug zap liquid refills, bin bags etc...

excellent location- literally right on the sea. The slight downside of this for us is have a large Dacia Duster was a little tight getting into the parking space but managed it slight downside of

This is a large apartment right on the waterfront with a great view over the bay to Spinalonga. It is slightly elevated giving privacy and an uninterrupted view from the huge terrace. We found the location quiet yet there are so many restaurants within a five minute walk. It takes around ten minutes to walk to the beach. It was a bonus having on-site parking. NB When you arrive by car you have to drive along the “promenade” through several restaurants. Quite a startling approach. Overall we had an excellent stay.

The apartment was brilliantly located on the waterfront, able to park our small car outside with no issues. It is comfortable, spacious, very clean with good air conditioning and wifi internet. We could walk into the town centre within minutes and had access to many lovely restaurants right on the doorstep. We will miss the view from the apartment, it really is a stunning location. The balcony faces the waterfront and overlooks the bay to Spinalonga. You just never tire of looking at the bay.
The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with equipment and serving bowls etc, but our requests were met promptly when we requested things. We also were unable to work out how to use the TV, but not a problem as on holiday!!

Everything! This is huge extremely spacious apt which has been recently refurbished throughout. The patio is vast, right on the seafront and has fantastic views over the whole bay and Spinalonga. 5 of us stayed here very comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus.
Nothing. There is no air conditioning in the single bedroom but a fan was provided.
