Perfect location, in the hearth of town, very clean and nicely furnished.

Beds are small, and although there is a nicely equipped kitchen, there isn’t any basic to have a meal (sugar, salt, tea and coffee, oil etc..).

Location and the full wall of windows with their privacy screens.Very spacious and stylish.

There is no blackout screen in the bedroom. The light is on in the window all night.

Lots of things need to be improved, such as the curtain fixtures. It was very warm due to the large windows. The only place to hang the washing was on outside lines over a dirty courtyard with two clothes pegs. Lots of kitchen equipment was missing (no coffee maker). The overally effect was delapidated.

Easy check in, easy and great location for parking, great location, lots of space, great deal and value - only minor complaint was we only had 2 blankets for 3 beds (and 3 ppl checked in).

There were only 2 blankets for 3 beds and we did have 3 people check in.

Great location!

Mould in shower. Not being able to pre-regoatet sue to a glitch in their susrm, so I had to go to a secondary location , whocjis closed between14:00-17:00. Amd them armed with the info I needed O atill had to wall there! I got lost and felt they should have driven me there after I waited for them for three hours to get the info I needed. And I'd requested a fan. There were two, but it was still very warm in there.

Apartment was wonderful. Very clean and fresh. Modern, comfortable, spacious, everything we needed,, location was perfect. Loved it. Totally recommend!!

The location was perfect as well as vicinity to parking garage. The place was spacious and comfortable and very clean.

It would have been nice to have instructions on certain things like what to do with garbage etc.

The hostess who charged my phone for me was outstandingly helpful and friendly. I did not give all highest marks because the phone rang all night as people were partying and trying to get inside, banging on the door and scaring me. I did not sleep. I’m back because my friends are staying there too. In other months, I am sure it is quiet! I was able to sleep around the corner in a nice hotel for the same cost and they had 24 hour front desk plus security so I felt a lot safer by myself.

Maybe not have the phone for the front door ring to the third floor room that I stayed in. And it would be helpful to have a sign on the door that warns people that they are on a recording camera - even if you do not have one - or maybe get one.

Central location, close to every place by foot. LOVED the street life to be able to observe from wall-sized windows. Clean, comfy, spacious, great WiFi. Wonderful tapas bars, shops around corner.

I'd add at instant coffee (with milk), sugar and salt as basic starters. There's also a street lamp which casts light directly between two blinds which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep - a little improvement on this side would be most welcome.

Had to get keys from completely different place and was given map with directions to place. Difficult to find but once you find it, it has a great location, clean and had everything we needed.

The building was ideally situated, very central. The apartment was superb, very new, excellently equipped with everything necessary.

The fact that I was not able to get the electronic check-in to work and we didn't receive key codes until after we had arrived. Also, I had arranged for my pack to be delivered and there was some kind of communicational breakdown. I had to go and pick it up from the albergue municipal, of which I had not been informed.
