Nice it was on a golf course

Outdated everything inside! Stains in the carpets in every room and walls. Dread bugs all over spiders all over. Had to pay for soap toilet paper and tissues and paper towels and garbage bags. I put pictures of just a few of the stains and dead bugs and the 1983 microwave

We really enjoyed the indoor pool

It was a beautiful location and the townhouse was clean

First off we tried to check in early and was denied to check in 2 hours early. Arrived at location and no one was there to check us in, if a gentleman who had already checked in wouldn’t of told us we had to use a code (which we were not told about) we wouldn’t of known. Once in box my name was no where to be found, here to find out you have to pay a security deposit of $150 then your check-in papers and key are under an alias name. We were not told about the security deposit prior to checking in anywhere… once we finally got our keys and papers the girl at the front gate was very rude twice to us. We also were not told a check out time until arriving at the location and finding a note on the refrigerator. I had two kids with me who wanted nothing more than to swim and they wouldn’t allow us to check in till four and the pool closed at five and then they expect you to check out at 10 AM and the pool opens at 10 AM. The townhouse itself was clean and nice, but none of the TVs worked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the password that we were given did not work. The location is beautiful, but overall not a good experience for us!

old, tv channels in living room did not all work, run down fixtures that were hard to turn

Nice condo, quiet, warm. The maintenance and custodial staffs are always cordial and prompt in dealing with our concerns. Kudos to both staffs.

The new check-in procedure is a bit unorthodox. The TV in the living room didn't work and an unwelcomed mouse in the kitchen who loved bananas!

No mountain view, VERY aged decor definitely have had it since the 70s, feels like a retirement home/hospital (inside), TV had 3 channels that worked and a note that includes it was "beyond their control" that the TV did not work nor that they could repair it, WiFi EXTREMELY slow, VILLA came with 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 adults (you have to pay for extra), uncomfortable beds, dirty carpets, cigarette butts all over the back porch, broken window fixtures, not all outlets worked. Unhelpful security, specifically the middle-aged white woman with a dark brown bob. Refused to help us with directions when we accidentally took a wrong turn out of resort (directions given said 2 different things and the exit is NOT labelled). Had no service and was completely lost in the pitch-black night. Called on the security phone and she hung up on us. Just repeated the address to the front gate.

The location is phenomenal for a good escape from reality. The fireplace made it feel cozy and the couches were so comfy!

The town house was outdated, the beds were not comfortable at all, the curtains did not open or close properly, light bulbs needed to be replaced (some were burnt out). The kitchen is in serious need of updating, but was functional.

I liked that it was a town house. and that there was an outdoor seating area.

I was not informed when I confirmed my reservation with the property staff that I was to get in a box and get a key with a map and go search for room inside treasure lake!!! The mattresses were worn out!! One sliding glass door lock was broken! They had a big tv that was broken with a small tv in front of it. all furniture was very outdated!
