The apartment was spacious, with two good sized bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a large living/dining area. We had everything we needed and the location was excellent, just a few minutes walk along the main road to the beach with all the restaurants, shops and the cathedral, but far enough away not to be noisy at night. The beach at San Vito is lovely, with space for hiring sunbeds or you can just put your own things down as it's a public beach. It's a gradual increase in depth and the sea was beautifully clear and great for swimming.

Very clean and secure. Location is good, only about 10 minute walk to the beach. Fast response from the caretaker on any issues ans she was very friendly.

The washing machine was down. Had trouble with the hot water for showering. Unless you really open every shutter, it feels a bit dark inside. No sugar or any spices in the apartment.

Everything - location is in the heart of San Vito though not in the hustle and bustle. The apartment was very comfortable - outside space where to hang some laundry and also have a snack, air-conditioned indoors. Beautifully decorated, host very friendly and gave us loads of information and tips.

Basically everything was excellent but just to mention something, some extra items in the kitchen would be useful such as kettle and toaster

Property was clean and spacious. Apartment is located within a private vicinity which felt secure. Our apartment was on the upper floor so no complaints about sound or anything. It was about 10 minutes walk to the beach which was not long at all, it was good to be away from the main streets as it is quite busy in that area. Considering some prices of other places in the area I was surprised that we got this place at a good price as we booked quite late on. Really good value for money but we did visit just before/at beginning of peak season. Also hosts kindly allowed us to check out late as our flight was much later in the day.

There is no air conditioning in the smaller bedroom and the weather at the time was 35 celsius. It was manageable but could be difficult for people that get hot easily. Sofa is a bit old and uncomfortable so did not use it. TV was very small and also old, although I don't imagine people to visit San Vito Lo Capo to watch TV but always a nice feature for evenings. Being a beach destination, it would've been a nice touch to have beach towels provided.

Bathroom is very tiny.

Spacious and clean apartament, equipped with everything you need. Parking described as available on the street, however everywhere were yellow lines, the host however gave us pass to park there.

Booking the place I was expecting the private terrace on the higher floor, instead I received the place on the grand floor with shared area where you can hear the neighbours above you. Place close to the city center but still it takes around 15 min to get to the beach. In my opinion the place a little bit overpriced.

Excellent up to date apartment in very nice sea resort. Good location close to supermarket and restaurants.
