Terrific Host, easy to communicate with! Beautiful, Quiet and Clean. This rental had everything we needed and more plus a view of the ocean that is unforgettable. We will be coming back to this location.

This rental is a huge winner! It's all about the views and the beach vibe here. Great vacation spot. Great property manager. The bright and airy condo has everything and then some, including a parking spot in an attached garage! The amenities are outstanding, including soaps, shampoo, welcome snacks, a makeup mirror, and the list goes on. Every detail is covered. Ocean Beach is a thriving beach community, with lots of shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby. What's not to love!

We really enjoyed this apartment and the sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs. A wonderful, relaxing, renewing time. We really hated to leave. The kitchen is very nicely appointed. with everything we needed to cook family meals. Great coffee maker and coffee.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at Rick and Julie’s place! The apartment was perfect for our family and the location was beautiful. I could have sat on the sofa and watched the ocean all day! The neighbors were all very friendly and kind and we were surprised at how quiet the building was. We really appreciated the peacefulness! Rick was very quick with communication as well. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

We stayed 4 nights, but could’ve happily stayed longer. We did work a little and the wifi was super fast. Our favorite was hearing the ocean all night from bed.

The host has several adjoining places, and we had a chance to meet one of the owners. Her wonderful friendliness probably says it all; the place was immaculate, and as advertised. The unit overlooks the Pacific, and had great views. The only thing the host could not do was prevent some cloudy skies, but otherwise, we had a great stay, and will definitely stay again.

The property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The host were quick with communication. The home had everything you need for a stay including a few coffee pods, snacks and water. The views were amazing and you could hear the waves crashing all day. We will definitely book again at this beautiful property.

Loved every minute of being at this property. Seeing and hearing the ocean waves crash against the cliffs was extraordinary. My mother and I stayed for five days and definitely hope to return. Highly recommend!

We went for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this super clean and well maintained property. The views of coast, crashing waves & open ocean from our couch could not have been more amazing. At high tide you can feel some of the waves from inside. This building is literally on the edge of the Pacific! We saw some dolphins go by and some distant spouting of whales and surfers nearby. Communications from Rick were clear & concise and he was super friendly and accommodating! This building is in a quiet residential neighborhood but walkable to a breakfast place and the sunset cliffs park within a short distance and about 3/4 mile walkable to Newport Ave & Ocean Beach with lots of great restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed Breakfast Republic and South Beach grill. You are convenient to so many restaurants and shopping areas, airport, marinas, SeaWorld, Gaslamp district, LA Jolla & Mission Beach. Although we ate out for all our meals, everything needed was there to cook. A combo keurig with both a pot with filter and kcups. Ice maker & dishwasher in kitchen. Even had some smaller Yeti type cups. No central heat or air but 2 nice space heaters with thermostats & a box fan as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms. Bathrooms well stocked with large pump bottles of Dove shampoo & conditioner and Suave body wash in shower. Good water pressure for my thick, longish hair. A shared washer & dryer in laundry room off the patio. 4 car garage with individual garage doors with an assigned garage & opener provided for car. This is a 6 unit building owned by 1 family. All units are remodeled or being remodeled currently with all updated new kitchens, flooring and furniture. The courtyard is shared with grill, dining table w 4 chairs and a 4 piece wicker patio set w cushions. 2 units have their own large patio & deck space. This unit had an amazing view from just sitting on the couch straight down south coastal cliff line and out to open ocean. The 2 units with private patio & deck have 180° views open ocean and both North & south coast. Most of Rick's clients are repeat visitors and there is definitely good reason for this. We will definitely be back! For perspective we live on a beach on the Chesapeake Bay with wide views of dolphins from front of our home and a large channel with our boat in backyard. Just to say we are very picky about our accommodations and views when we are on vacations and this place satisfied our requirements plus!

This condo was the perfect place to relax and unwind in San Diego. The unit was immaculate and had amazing views. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy to navigate and communication with the owners was wonderful. The Ocean Beach neighborhood has a wonderful vibe. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to San Diego!

I booked this with my husband for our babymoon and everything was perfect! We got much needed rest, so many things to do near by. The entire place was very clean-thank you so much for the complimentary snacks, coffee, water and ice! It was very much needed especially being 8 months pregnant. Loved the soft throw blankets and extra pillows. Instructions were very thorough and clear. We were lucky to get beautiful weather during our stay and enjoyed watching the sun set every night.

You can’t beat the view or location. Ceilings are vaulted with exposed beams, all the modern conveniences with original charm and character kept. This is a one owner, small complex which they take impeccable care of. Had all the privacy in the world but owner quick to respond to questions. I can’t recommend this property enough. You’re right on Sunset cliffs, safe neighborhood, and falling asleep and waking to sound of waves crashing against cliffs- it’s just magical.

The view will not disappoint! Lovely spot, comfortable beds, convenient location, and lovely host.

This place was amazing! It was very clean, had everything we could possibly need, owner was great, and the never ending sound of the waves hitting the rocks along with the views made our six day stay incredible. I cannot wait to go back!

Everything about this condo was perfect! The location was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The view from the living room was spectacular. It was within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This little condo has been recently renovated and is perfectly charming. You get ocean views from the living room/kitchen area and one of the bedrooms. This unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snacks, toiletries, towels, blankets, binoculars…the list goes on. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

We absolutely loved staying here. The ocean view with the crashing waves was spectacular. The location was perfect for everything we did, which was a lot: Trolley tour, Old Town, Little Italy Saturday market, Gonewhalewacthing tour, boogie boarding at Mission Beach 3x, LaJolla 2x, Cabrillo National Monument 3x, zoo, Torrey State Park. We know where we want to staybthe next time we visit San Diego.

Property very neat and clean. Owner treated us well with good communication, basic supplies. Quaint SoCal community with requisite surfing culture near the beach. Easy access to the 5. Best nearby site seeing hike - Pt Lomo. Best nearby casual food - Voltaire. Locals eat breakfast at Old Townhouse on Newport, Breakfast Republic is good too.

Any closer to the ocean and you would be in it!! WOW best sleep I have had in years!!! Can't wait to come back!!
