My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The coffee shop nearby was great to stop in every morning. We loved walking to Starfish Point and Rum Point on a daily basis. This is our favorite part of the island. A lot quieter with some great snorkeling at Rum Point. Many restaurants within drivable distance.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaibo Dreams! The property and Villa were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities and useable items such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, extra blankets/towels, air conditioning, and cook ware/utencils. The screened in porch was a great place to have meals. This unit is on the second floor and you enter it street-side. We loved having the beach so close and we enjoyed being able to use the lounge chairs all day. There are lots of things to do on the island including snorkeling, crystal caves tour, the botanic gardens, starfish point, stingray city, and many restaurants. Definitely visit 7 mile beach or a beach on that side of the island for the clearest water you've ever seen! We rented a car which I highly recommend. Do plan to have some sort of GPS because navigating without it was near impossible. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

The property location is directly on the beach as stated which was nice. Management was available and very polite. My only issue was that in the evening these tiny bugs were crawling on the kitchen counters, and stove. I don’t like bugs, so that was an issue for me despite the fact that they have bug spray available. Besides that problem, the owner communicated well by emailing me information about to me arriving.

Perfect for what we needed

It was wonderful to feel as if we were vacationing in a postcard! The view of water, sand and sunsets was lovely. Many days during our one week stay we had the beach all to ourselves, from morning coffee to late afternoon cocktails.
The water isn't so good for wading unless you have water shoes. Shells and small rocks till you're about 5 or 10 feet in. Snorkeling isn't great, but you'll see a lot of colorful starfish. Swimming, kayaking and floating is terrific.
A very short walk to the morning coffee shop or the Kaibo Yacht Club bar and restaurant. One evening we could hear the music at the yacht club from the condo porch, but it was pretty quiet inside our unit. Tuesday morning from about 730 till 930 they cleaned the beach with leaf blowers, but otherwise it was a perfectly quiet week.....just what we were looking for.
Starfish Point is only a 10 minute walk, but we saw so many starfish on our own beach (which was nicer than Starfish Point) that it really wasn't worth the walk. Rum Point is about a half hour walk. A bit nicer beach than Kaibo, but the accommodations there weren't right on the beach. Lots of mosquitoes after dusk, but our hosts provided Off.
Chisolm Grocery is a 10 minute drive. Much higher prices than Fosters, but very convenient and a fair selection. The water taxi to Cabana Beach ($25 round trip booked on the Cayman Ferry app) leaves directly from Kaibo dock and is a nice shopping and dining excursion, plus an opportunity to pick up groceries at Fosters. Good prices and fabulous selection there. They even have some water toys. (Innertubes for $17)
You'll want a car for restaurants (other than the yacht club) or for excursions to the botanical gardens, Crystal Cave, etc. There are bioluminescent and stingray excursions directly from Kaibo dock.
Kaibo was so much calmer and fewer people than Seven Mile and other beaches. But if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you!

Kaibo Dreams Condo
Kaibo was a great spot for our home base. The condo was clean, quiet and equipped with everything we needed and wanted. We able to cook many meals at the condo. The pool and hot tub were nice to enjoy. The beach outside the condos is very enjoyable with plenty of sun and shade to meet your needs. We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

Great Service
Our trip was rescheduled 4 times due to the pandemic and the staff kept in touch with us for 2 years until we could get there. Incredible! We always knew the situation on the island and received excellent guidance and advice. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by Chloe who is a delight! The apartment had everything we needed and it was a blissful and easy stay.

Rum Point is quiet - very different than Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby - one walking distance from the condo. If you plan to golf though, it is a 45-50 min drive to the golf courses (there is a ferry, but it is doesn't run that often).

A great getaway!
We had a great time (although never long enough)! The condo had everything we needed and more! The neighbors downstairs were even nice enough to lend their grille. We enjoyed retreating to the quieter side of the island after visiting Georgetown and SMB. Brian checked in with us and handled any issues quickly. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything! Beautiful views and great location! We found the island easy to navigate and get around. Rental care experience was so easy - thank you!

Relaxing, Stunning, Quiet
Never being to the Cayman's before, this was the perfect place to go to get away from it all. Quiet and away from too much, but there was food, coffee, and great walks just outside the door. Kaibo Dreams made our dream come true. The condo was spotless, and the view was amazing. My only regret was leaving. I wish we could have stayed.
Having Kaibo Espresso, and Kaibo Yacht Club with bar and grill next door was great when we did not want to cook in. Cooking in was wonderful as well, the condo had everything needed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I highly recommend Kaibo Dreams.

Peaceful
The Kaibo area is wonderful as was Kaibo Dreams. Just perfect amount of room for two. The beach area is nice for relaxing. Beach does not extend far in either direction, so don’t plan on Long Beach walks. The condo was well equipped and Brian does an incredible job with all the arrangements- could not have been handled any better!

Fantastic unit for a couple who loves the water, snorkeling and a quiet getaway.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish- if you like loud parties and tons of late night activity this is not the place for you- it’s quiet, friendly, great pool and hot tub, beautiful sandy beach right outside the unit. Comfortable bed, great kitchen and beautiful shower, soft towels, a small washer dryer, fantastic screened in deck area everything you need in the unit for a couple. Great snorkeling over the beautiful starfish right at the unit— easy walking distance to starfish point if you’d like to visit there- We had wonderful experiences with the tour operators that pick up or operate a stones throw from the unit at Kaibo Yacht club. Food is very good at the club, I would happily eat there every night- however we only had a flatbread pizza and a salad- and cooked for most of our time. they were delicious and the service was fantastic. Brian was incredibly responsive to our questions and helped us with the Budget fastbreak to expedite our car rental pick up and return. We will definitely be back!! Just a side note- please don’t take away any starfish- we saw several people moving them, removing them from the water and they should not be messed with- put on a snorkel and mask and enjoy looking- they are beautiful.

Nice unit, great quiet location
Nice unit. Perfect for 2 people. Great beach view with screened in porch. Unit stocked with all of your kitchen needs. The building was so quiet you can have a secluded, romantic vacation. So close to Rum's Point and Starfish Point. If you book this unit make sure to read through the hand written guest book that is located in front of the couch in the coffee table. Previous guests have written in their favorite places to eat and snorkel on North Side and East End of Grand Cayman. Brian, the owner, is particularly attentive to needs prior and during your stay. If you want to stay in Grand Cayman away from the crowds then this is your place to stay.

We planned a last minute getaway and found this property to be everything we could want. The concierge services offered by the owner are great - we rented a car at a significant discount and had them grocery shop as we arrived on Sunday when most grocery stores are closed. The condo is well stocked with good quality items: quality kitchen gear, nice linens & towels, hair dryer & flat iron, washer/dryer, etc. It is clean and looks just like the photos. The location is perfect to get away from the crowds but only a short water taxi ride (pick up next door) to 7 mile beach. There are two restaurants and a coffee shop next door, Rum Point is a 15 min walk, and there are several other restaurants a reasonable drive away. Pool and beach are nice and kept clean.

A "get away to romance and relaxation" was right on and Brian and the condo exceeded our expectations. The decor and amenities are very well thought out, right down to the plush bath towels. Our experiences with the location and working with Brian were similar to the many other 5 star reviews. Snorkeling off the nearby Cayman Kai public beach, we were lucky enough to encounter a couple of nurse sharks. The Bioluminescent Bay and Stingray City are very unique experiences. We loved it so much a return trip is already in the plans. Kaibo dreaming!

Everything you could possibly want
From setting up the rental to locking the door after our stay this little condo on the beach was perfect. It is not in the busy tourist area which is why we wanted to stay here. We are avid snorkelers and wanted to be near the unspoiled beaches where you can just walk out a few feet and start your exploring of the reefs not far out. We were there only one week but were out about 10 different times to different areas. Brian had the car set up from the airport with everything we needed to get to the condo.
Went to the Kaibo bar next door for a meal which was very good. Went to see the stingrays also with White Sands tour which also leaves next store. The sunsets at Starfish point were absolutely unbelievable. The east side of the island is a little rougher and makes the scenery wonderful.
We would come back in a second if we could.

Excellent
We spend 2 weeks and enjoyed all that this condo and the island offered. A great location on the quieter side of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area. A car is essential for getting around the island and food shopping but Rum Point and Starfish Beach are within easy walking distance. A must do is Stingray City and if the time is right the Bioluminestance. We did venture to Seven Mile Beach for shopping and a couple of afternoons on the beach but it was always nice to come back to the pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. The pool area was well maintained and the beach was kept cleaned. Many hours were spent relaxing, reading and watching the boats go to and from the yacht club.
The Condo was well equipped for all our needs and sitting on the enclosed
veranda first thing in the morning or for an evening meal was great. Brian was quick and responsive to all our needs before and when we arrived on the island. He even helped us with our rental car for the two weeks. Checking in when we had a short outage to arranging for the cleaner to come in when I requested.
Looking for relaxation this is the place. Thank you Brian.

Didn’t make due to surgery but loved working with owner. Hey
We did not get to take our trip and stay but Brian was so kind and thoughtful to check on us. He had suggested trip insurance, which we bought. I had to have additional surgery due to a broken ankle but look forward to making the trip to Grand Caymans next year. And will certainly stay there!

Precisely as advertised in listing, precisely.
Steps from the beach. Entirely pleasant stay. Brian has the check in process well organized & communicated, smooth. I think one favorable thing that I didn’t see in the listing is that Starfish Point is only a short walk down the road, nice little beach with lotsa starfish. Be aware that Rum Point is well away from the big resort/nightclub type setting and is a quiet non-commercial area. This is fine for us.

Great Getaway - Relaxing!
We love the North Side - away from 7 Mile Beach and especially Kaibo Yacht Club area. Spotlessly clean! Enjoyed our time! We will be back......
