The room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Legian.
Some facilities need better maintenance, but the staff were helpful when we asked for assistance.

Nice location. Easy to find halal food with walking distance. Easy to communicate with local people. Got ATM and money changer

Could connect my Netflix account to the tv , and staff helped me, I needed just a chill place for half a day before a flight so it worked well. Linen seemed fresh.
